Banks is known for wearing big (and small!) hats to match her outfits. A bowler hat is a cute accessory to have in the fall. Like Hillary, you can go bold with any color or wear a black bowler with a splash of color on it.

But a blazer can go with anything, even a skirt which transforms your look from business to casual in a second. It’s great for the cooler weather too.

Many consider autumn to be a magical season and it has nothing to do with the fast approaching Thanksgiving. The days get shorter, the nights get colder, and we’re faced with the mystic phenomenon of the changing leaves. While some of us are quick to dig up our scarves, jackets, and favorite boots, we can’t forget about the fall beauty trends that have been waiting to reappear for a year. Whether you’re going dark with a classic ‘90s lip or bringing out your inner vamp with a blood red polish, check out the fall beauty trends we can’t wait to try!

Midnight Manicures If you’re looking for the perfect fall manicure, be sure to go with the colors of the season. Soft pastels and vibrant neons might’ve been your go-to as of late, but we’re going with colors that pair well with the darkening sky. Embrace your inner goth with an onyx black. Shed a few layers with a shadowy grey. Dark reds, blues, and purples will create an ideal fall look while terracotta orange will have you blending in perfectly with the autumn leaves.

hen it comes to taking care of ourselves, one of the most important things is skincare!

We might enjoy the glamour that comes with makeup, but once we take it off, we have to make sure our skin is thriving. As the temperatures grows colder, the air gets dryer and our skin has completely different needs than it did in the spring and summer. For those of us looking for our skin to survive and thrive during the fall and winter season, check out these natural skincare products we’re trying.

CLEANSERS When it comes to skincare, particularly on the face, most of us are trying to battle acne. Bacteria get on our face and into our pores and before we know it, we have a blemish the size of Texas on our chin. One of the first rules is don’t touch your face.

Our hands do a lot in one day, and one swipe can leave bacteria on the skin. The second rule is don’t sleep with makeup.

Sleeping with your make up gives your skin the added chance to take in the products, and you don’t want that!

Our skin is able to attract bacteria on its own, so it doesn’t need any help! To help counter this, make sure you have a facial cleanser that works for you! We’re using the BOSCIA Charcoal Jelly Ball Cleanser. You might be seeing charcoal masks everywhere, and that’s because it’s a substance that removes toxins. Washing your face with a charcoal cleanser will definitely help minimize any acne or blemishes.

Moisturizers As the weather gets colder in the fall and winter months, this leads to dry air. This can then cause our skin to become dry and flaky. Why else do you think moisturizers and lip balms are a must have in the cold weather?

This fall, we’re using the TARTE Drink of H2O Hydrating Boost Moisturizer. With a name like that, you know you’ll have your skin thriving. A gel-based product, this hydrating moisturizer is meant to fight dryness as well as dullness of the skin.

One of the tricks to keeping our skin beautiful and youthful is taking care of the eyes. While crow’s feet might seem like a faraway problem, most of us are already dealing with dark circles or dry under eyes. Taking care of our skin also means taking care of our eyes. Most products that we apply on our face cannot necessarily be applied under the eyes. If you’re using acid-based products, it’s a major faux pas.

To keep our eyes bright and beautiful, we’re using the ORIGINS GinZing Refreshing Eye Cream to Brighten and Depuff. Targeting dull, puffy, and dark under eyes, the ORIGINS eye cream will have you instantly looking as if you transformed from decaf to two shots of espresso.

Any biology class would teach you that the skin is the largest organ of the body, so we have to make sure we take care of everything! An exfoliator is definitely a product on our roster this year. Cold weather can sometimes cause our skin to become dry and flaky. With an exfoliator, you can easily buff away that dry skin and leave your body feeling fresh and renewed.

Moisturizing our faces might be an easy given, but don’t forget about the rest of your body.

While your face looks glowing and supple, you can’t have the rest of your body suffering from a bad case of ashiness. Pick your favorite lotion or moisturizer and be sure to lather your body at least once a day.

We’re using the JOSIE MARAN Argan Suger Balm Body Scrub to keep our skin smooth. This product comes infused with argan oil, coconut oil, and shea butter which will keep the body soft after the sugar granules buff away the dry and dead skin.

Can I skip a month without cancelling?

Yes, you can skip a future month delivery and not be billed for it, without having to cancel your entire subscription. Once logged into your Brown Sugar Box account at izzyandliv.com, you will need to open the “Delivery Schedule” tab.

There you will see all upcoming deliveries for your subcription. To skip a delivery you just need to clcik “Skip” to the right of each relevant delivery.

This will only skip that one delivery, to skip multiple deliveries you will need to click “Skip” next to each relevant one.
