The financial services company embarked on a journey to optimise its business operations and enhance workplace efficiency With a workforce of 2,500 employees and floor space of 17,500 sq m, their objective was to integrate different systems seamlessly and enable personalised functionalities By implementing the iviva-based Workplace Control Platform (WCP), the company was able to streamline processes, with a range of intelligent features These included A/C and lighting control based on occupancy; wayfinding to locate colleagues or rooms; pre-booking seats, desks and car park slots; access control with QR codes to enter the building/lifts; F&B ordering, leave requests, travel expense claims, and more. As a result, the company was able to save over AUD 3.1 million annually.
