The NEW TRAKKER, is Iveco’s quarry and construction vehicle

that redefines the meaning of impossible and enables you to work on impenetrable, broken terrain, and tackle constant stresses with extraordinary performance.

The NEW TRAKKER comes with the guarantee of Cursor engines, for maximum power and durability combined with top quality of life on board. It offers top quality of life on board too, with three cab versions. And it raises your productivity beyond all limits, while further reducing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and minimizing running costs.

• HI-RELIABILITY

Robustness, reliability and efficiency, combined with the

technology of its engines, components and assemblies, make the NEW TRAKKER unstoppable and equal to the toughest challenges. The 10 mm thick high-yieldstrength steel frame is ready for the heaviest duty. The gearboxes on the NEW TRAKKER are all about ergonomics and performance. The NEW TRAKKER comes with a 16-speed ZF Ecosplit 4 with a servo-shift system for safer, more comfortable driving and Eurotronic automated transmissions, with fully and semi-automatic modes which enhance driver comfort with their steering-column-mounted shift lever.

The suspension systems are also highly robust and come in several types: mechanical with parabolic or semi-elliptical leaf springs for enhanced comfort.

Good looks are part of the package, but always follow function.

The front features a new central grille, and redesigned bumper, large light clusters complete with headlamp protection guards. The off-side and near-side door mirrors, combined with kerb mirrors and front blind-spot mirrors, ensure optimum visibility even in the most extreme manoeuvres.

The efficient air conditioning system

and the sound-proofing of the cab ensure top quality of life on board, even in the most adverse conditions. All the cabs feature the functional and ergonomic new dashboard, made with top-quality, non-reflective, soft-touch materials. The controls have been re-positioned around the dashboard and central area, to make them easily visible and accessible without raising your back from the seat.

There is really a room for everything, such as the new steering wheel, new upholstery and the new comfortable bunk to make you feel at home wherever you are; not to mention the central storage console, and even more space behind the driver’s seat for clothes hooks.

Welding the welding of the structural components (subframe, sideboard, bodyfloor) is performed by robots.

Plasma Cutting the high definition plasma cutting allows to obtain a high quality and precision of the components, reducing the production time and the scraps of material.
