WestinWORKOUT® Fitness Studio

Located just a five-minute walk from Tower 1, the SURWORKOUT® Fitness Studio is equipped with everything you need to enhance your well-being. Make use of cutting-edge Life Fitness® cardio machines, strength training equipment and Peloton Bikes, or perfect your backhand on the tennis courts. Guests 18 years and older may utilize the fitness center (16 and older accompanied by a parent or guardian). Our Peloton Area features two stateof-the-art Pelotons awarded Best Cardio Machine by Men's Health.

This high-tech stationary bike features a 22-inch HD touchscreen, a carbon steel frame and a weighted flywheel in the front that determines the level of resistance while you're riding. A complimentary hotel shuttle service is available to and from the fitness center. Ask about our seasonal schedule of yoga classes, guided runs and other group fitness opportunities.
