ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING FOR MUNICIPALITY Year | 2021 Type | Commercial building - competition Area | 4100 sq.m Location | Skopje Won | Second place Design | Ivan Beleski, Ognen Tancheski / OTP Studio / LOCATION The values o f the site and its urban morphology: The position and form of the given problem is directly generated by the location parameters of the space itself. Its perimeter is an offset of the traffic solution, the intersection of the two important boulevards of the Municipality of Aerodrom: “Vidoe Smilevski Bato” and the boulevard Srbija. developmental genesys:

By disconnecting from the main roads, through the grassy zones we reach the gathering streets that touch the corner location. The area is a 1 \ 4 circle and its radius is open to the north-west side, while on the northeast side it is next to several administrative buildings P + 1. A neighbour building is planned on the south-western side.
09
ARCHITECTURE The architectural model generated by the construction area itself, meets the needs of the project program given in the competition problem itself. It starts from the proto-elements of space: form and color, bringing the individual parts of the composition into mutual organic relations. The result of this procedure is the "internal legality" of the work itself. The main entrance of the building is provided on the northeast side, while the another is predicted on the northwest side. ... Both entrances are on the same distance from the central vertical core. The main concept is to give quick transparent access to each social layer of citizens. Municipality - Transparency - Citizenship. Something that should be noted in the design approach is the traditional work unit "office" , around which already known functional and spatial compositions are moved.
10
GROUND FLOOR
SHAPING The dynamic expression of the shape results from the emphasized expansion of the perforated, sheet metal, green membranes towards the external environment, which is additionally expressed both through the dimensions of the individual design element. In that way, through the outer green sheet metal, a union of the inner and outer space is created.
SECOND FLOOR
The greening of the facade is created in stages. The triangular aluminum surfaces are directly applied to the structure itself, with a variable spatial coordinate, in order to be a suitable trajectory for the movement of the green boston ivy which is considered the least aggressive ivy, but it still requires proper maintenance. ...
11
CONSTRUCTION BOARD
PERFORATED STEEL SHEET
A greater number of the glass surfaces is a combination of double-layer isolating glass, which reduces the heat loss coefficient by up to 70%. The structural membrane is dimensioned according to the window openings, providing easy access. In the lower part of the construction, plastic pots are provided, in which the seeds for the plant are located. Condensation from heating and cooling systems is partly maintained by the plants. The double-sided (inside and out) green surfaces, contribute to the improvement of the micro-climate, regulates the temperature (lowers the temperature up to 5 degrees), normalize humidity, reduce energy consumption, help with air filtration and absorption of harmful gases, affect the biodiversity and help isolate communal noise. This combination of botanics and architecture inspired by the father of green philosophy Patrick Blanc is considered necessary for the specific location and aesthetically contributes to the city landscape.

VENICE BIENNALE 2012: MACEDONIA PAVILION Year | 2012 Type | Exibition Location |Venice; Italy Team | METAMAK KOLEKTIV Minas Bakalcev, Mitko Hadzi Pulja, Violeta Balakceva, Viktorija Stavric, Betim Zekiri, Nikola Strezovski, Damjan Momirovski, Kristina Todic,Jana Vitanova, Jana Konstantinova, Stefanija Todorovska, Slavko Josifovski, Jone Jankoski, Besian Mehmeti, Bekir Ademi, Ivan Beleski, MIhajlo Zinoski, Filip Godzirov, Aleksandar Radevski, Sasha Tasic
ARCHITECTURE IN A MIRROR - EVERYDAY AND SUBLIME How to think about today’s architecture, captured in the pragmatic flows of changing society? Can architecture once more be captivating, romantic, humanistic, visionary, and everyday at the same time? It appears that today’s architecture is becoming increasingly complex and ambiguous, and thus increasingly manipulative. It is lost in the cloud of the everyday. But how can architecture be seen again in its elementary correlations, geometry, form, use? To be derived from the specific, idiosyncratic, everyday, and face the timeless, resistant level. How to find the vertical of the everyday? The everyday that makes sense only if it is reflected in the sublime.
14
This exhibition shows twenty-five architectural fragments, specific configurations separated from their specific frame, but united on a mutual base. Each architectural fragment is set up on an identical base (100 x 100 x 30 cm) with a reflecting surface. This way, the specific configurations will gain their reflection in a mirror. They are no longer merely part of a casual context, but rather particular images reflecting in time. The choice is a kind of autobiographic anthology of the contemporary Macedonian scene and emerges from the ideas, interpretations, and achievements of an informal company called Metamak – Architectural Collective. ...
Their specific approaches and formal and informal contacts reflect a segment of Macedonian reality. The realistic situation of the local architecture that gazes into the wished for, magical images of the international architectural scene can be seen in the works included. Contrary to the perfect images of international architecture, this is a fragmented state with regard to sense, representation, and realization. A type of
local contemporary architectural archaeology of ideas, records, drawings, models, achievements. If seen separately, they are independent attempts to deepen the everyday experience in the reflection of the other reality. If seen together, they create a city of separate yet united objects with a mutual base of the reflecting surface, in which their images reflect as sublime memories.

Proposed solution for a residential complex The urbanism of the whole complex is divided into several plots intended for residential housing, of which two sides are defined in П form. The initial proposal was given only for one of those sides! The object should be developed in height by shortening one side, which allows the formation of rooftop gardens that will belong to the apartments.. The main concept of the project is the residential housing to be interpreted as a home-garden, meaning each apartment should have privacy and have a piece of grass area (botanical garden) on the terrace for the user to have a sense of surroundings.
18
In order to achieve that, the whole building is divided into an exact and equal number of modules and with their parallel indentation, and ejection of extension of 2 m, the depth of the architectural plastic and the dynamics of the facade are achieved. The side is taking courtyard typology, open on the one side adapted to the landscape and the complex context of the site, and close to both large infrastructure and small-scale urban development. From this peak, a cascade of landscaped terraces creates a transition from the scale of the cityscape to its small-scale surroundings. Around the building, a vegetated promenade connects an archipelago of public program elements. 3

Towards the neighborhood across the road, the block steps down, creating generous terraces, bringing in daylight, and introducing a human scale. The shape of the building optimizes the daylight entry within the apartments. The housing program provides around 100 apartments for different target groups, income levels and age categories. All homes can be accessed through the central courtyard. On the other floors, there is a rich diversity of housing typologies. Premium apartments with luxurious outdoor spaces and a view are located at the
top-end of the cantilever, next to the large stepped terraces. On the upper floors, there are large duplex penthouses with a front garden opening towards the sunny courtyard. The cascading terraces of the building, serve as a small rooftop garden that creates a viewing platform. This will connect the residential units to each other and create a unique the dimensional community between the residents of the building. The project is still in the early stages of development ...

The two objects are connected by a common space in the environment that provides a place to rest and play. . As a result of the pandemics and remote working, a work environment was necessary. Therefore, a separate building with an open area on the ground floor that contains a dining, kitchen area and an office on the upper level has been attached to the two buildings. In essence, the goal was to create a sense of leaving home and

The idea is for the new building to be attached to the exterior of the old structure with the function of a factory that makes security doors. The latest facility should be an administrative part for the employees in the factory where offices, a meeting room, and all other accompanying contents are based. First, the existing size of the ground floor build-
ing has been preserved and a new floor has been placed above it. On the ground floor, the offices are located together with a kitchenette and a toilet, and on the first floor, there is a meeting office and other management offices. The façade openings that result from the internal function of the premises practically represented the character of the new structure.

At the request of the investor, it was necessary to develop a housing project for a family of five outside the city congestion. . The idea primarily is a simple cubic building with a floor of P + 1 that has a full opening to the south, but certainly has the ability to control daylight, especially in summer. . From a programmatic point of view, the entry to the home is granted through a gatehouse from the street, where a private garden creates a sense of privacy and seclusion. The home’s entry floor level is intentionally raised to generate a sense of ‘stepping up to a lookout. On the ground floor is the living room which is attached to the dining room and the kitchen,

Much of the planning was dictated by the topography, but we still attempted to emphasize the experience of entering the house, moving through it, and discovering the sight. The ambition to celebrate home travel has become a driving principle, leading to a nuanced approach to space sequencing.

The dominance of this component is reflected on the façade, primarily due to its overemphasis but certainly, there is its concrete materialization, and the front is dominated by a metal lattice that extends from the ground floor to the upper end of a wreath that looks like support for vertical greenery such as ivy. . LOCATION AND PURPOSE The building is based in the central city area of the capital Skopje. It was built in 1938 and is a mark of modern architecture. The building has 5 levels and 18 apartments. The goal of the investor is to live in the center of the events of the city as well as in an area that has its weight, history and uniqueness, also to provide quality space for living, socializing, and rest. ... Therefore, the partition walls in the living room, which borders the current kitchen and workspace, have been demolished, thus the entire passage from the main entrance to the study room is an open space. Of course, the goal is to capture the size of the space and its natural height so that the entire ceiling is stripped and the main construction is left which gives an additional 40 cm of space. A total height of 3.80m has a sense of grandeur, size, and splendor, and some doors and windows have retained their existing limit.

The concept is holistic, with every element of the project telling a common story and coming together to create an inspirational yet laidback atmosphere, perfectly suited to the site. So the main concept of the design is using natural materials with a combination of colors and developmental genesys:

APARTMENT I.06 OHRID Year | 2020 Type | Interior design Area | 36 sq.m Location | Ohrid, N. Macedonia Design | Ivan Beleski, Ognen Tancheski / OTP Studio /
INTERIOR DESIGN FOR A RENTABLE APARTMENT Small apartment in the city center. The idea was primarily to provide enough light throughout the space, as well as mutual interaction and a sense of spaciousness and size. The idea was achieved by piercing part of the partition wall between the living room and the bedroom, thus placing a common element. The element is divided into two parts. The first part is the TV part which belongs to the living room, and the second part is the workspace which belongs to the bedroom. The interaction is in the upper zone where the privacy between the spaces can be controlled with the help of a curtain.
62
Due to the small space, natural materials and light shades of textures and tones are used. The space is mostly used white as well as light wood to achieve the desired warm ambiance and a feeling of lightness and minimalism in the space. The floor is monolithically made of ceramic tiles 10x10 cm, and the sieves move vertically along the wall of the kitchen. The purpose of the space is to be easily sustainable and multifunctional due to the nature of use and it should be intended for rent during the summer days so that the living room can be a double bedroom and be used for a larger number of users.
