IU Withdrawal and Refund Policy The $237.21 OVST/IU Service Fee is non-refundable CES Withdrawal and Refund Policy Students that withdraw 8 weeks for more before the start of the program will receive a full refund, less the $500 non-refundable prepayment. Students that withdraw between 8 and 4 weeks will be assessed a 25% penalty. Any student that withdraws between 4 weeks and the start date of the program be assessed a 50% penalty. 2/23
