WHAT’S ON healthy
THE POWER OF GREENS By Annalisa Rinaldi
To start the day in the right way, try using a selection of fresh and healthy green vegetables to create delicious and nourishing concoctions. Drinking half a litre of cold-pressed green juice provides your body with immediate wellbeing and will enhance your vital energy. Many green vegetables contain strong diuretics that combine with the sour flavours and spices of other herbs to help you to deeply detox. These juices will also keep your PH balanced, as green food is highly alkaline, which translates to good health, a feeling of freshness and strength.
