The Momentum Journey of Growth
Momentum’s flagship program, Journey of Growth, invites Jewish mothers from all over the world on a life-changing experience that starts right at home with a cohort of like-minded women seeking to strengthen their Jewish identities.
Then, on a profound 7-day trip to Israel, in partnership with the Israeli Government, offers a deep and historic connection, inspiring Jewish wisdom from world-class Jewish educators, and the opportunity to build bridges directly with Israelis.
Participants return from their trip with renewed purpose, a strong sense of Jewish self, and the ability to inspire change in their families and communities. Once at home, our Partner Organizations lead and inspire their local cohorts with inspired education.

Leadership Development
The Momentum Fellowship was introduced in 2023 as an extraordinary opportunity to cultivate communal leadership and empower Jewish women to lead, focusing on the most relevant and important issues facing our Jewish world and the local communities of our partner organizations.
Our Leadership Summits are three powerful days for Momentum Fellows to join with their community cohort groups, gaining practical leadership skills from world-class Jewish educators and networking with other cohorts from around the world. Fellows participate in tailored workshops and activities focused on foundational communal leadership skills.

In 2025, Momentum's investment in Israel will elevate the connection build between Israeli and Diaspora mothers, serve a wider Israeli demographic beyond our regular target audience, and maximize the potential of Momentum's Israel Public Council, serving as a living bridge between diverse sectors in and out of Israel.
The Power of the Jewish Mother event series is aimed at uniting and highlighting the power of Israeli mothers, creating connection with Diaspora mothers and promoting UWU. These gatherings foster mothers’ leadership, healing, and connection postOctober 7th, leveraging Momentum’s core mission of empowering Jewish mothers.
Through these events, we will continue to grow Mother2Mother, an existing Momentum project connecting between Israeli and Diaspora mothers to create 1:1 meaningful long-lasting connection.
“Achayout LeChosen” is Momentum’s volunteer initiative designed to engage Cross-sector women in communitybuilding efforts. Beginning with larger groups volunteering
together to rebuild and heal the land, followed by smaller more intimate teams supporting mothers whose families were individually affected by the war, this handson leadership initiative fosters social resilience, strengthens Jewish identity, and connects women across sectors through joint action for the Jewish peoples’ greater-good.
“Shoulder2Shoulder” is a Momentum Alumni networkdriven initiative that brings together Israeli women to engage in grassroots agriculturalvolunteering. This initiative aims to connect between Israelis and Jewish tourists through joint agricultural actions –together joining in rebuilding and healing the land.
Online and Digital Learning and Resources
Yomm, powered by Momentum, is a mobile app for Jewish women seeking daily reflection, Jewish inspiration, and an opportunity to connect with other amazing Jewish women around the globe. On Yomm, users embark on digital Journeys of discovery that capture the magic and wonder of Momentum and make meaningful new connections with women all over the world, with like-minded interest in elevated living through Jewish values.
Momentum is taking Yomm to new heights by expanding our user base, engagement, and frequency of use. Our strategic vision for growth and technical development is focused on:

THE BOOSTS ARE BACK!
Momentum will produce 4 online Boost sessions throughout the year of 2025 guided by Momentum’s core values. Momentum Boosts provide an online destination for meaningful Jewish conversations that brings together participants from all over the world, to connect to Israel, deepen their Jewish identity, and inspire family connection. These interactive gatherings will feature powerful insights from Jewish wisdom, special guests, and expert voices.
Educational Resources
Momentum is creating six educational resources in 4 languages for selected Jewish holidays and commemorations in 2025, offering meaningful insights and practical tools to engage diverse audiences. Content partners in 2025 include OpenDor Media, Repair the World, Chutzpah Girls, Beit Avi Chai, Daily Giving, and more.

MOMENTUM EDUCATORS TRIP

Momentum’s Educators Trip is a strategic initiative within the Government of Israel’s Ministry for Diaspora Affairs and Combating Antisemitism and is aligned with Momentum’s mission to influence the influencers in Jewish communities, thereby strengthening Jewish pride, unity, and connection to Israel.
The 2025 trip serves to establish proof of concept for Momentum, the Israeli government, and Jewish schools. In addition to a bus of Jewish educators from the Diaspora, six Israeli educators will be embedded in the trip as part
