Lie on the floor with a small stack of books underneath your head.

Lengthen and align the back of your neck with your spine.

Raise your knees to the ceiling. Place your palms on your pelvic bone. Rest your elbows on the floor.

Develop a sense of the ground coming up underneath you. Release your back into the floor.

Breath and let go as you exhale.

Repeat for 5 minutes.

ven the shyest of women end up stripping down to their bare minimals for their photo shoot, they often surprise themselves at how confident they feel semi or fully naked! Meet Lisa, the woman responsible for putting a smile on many a husband’s face...
