As Secretary, Rachel oversees all administrative functions of the DLSS. Her role includes coordinating officer recruitment, scheduling internal meetings, and maintaining key governing documents such as the Constitution and Bylaws. She also serves as a primary point of contact for any enquiries relating to the DLSS.
In 2026, Rachel aims to support the DLSS by ensuring students have access to events and initiatives that help them make the most of their degrees. She plans to build on strong internal governance, streamline administrative processes, and find ways to make the committee run more effectively overall.

The Communications Portfolio is responsible for managing all written content produced by the DLSS. The portfolio focuses on ensuring informationisclear,engaging,andaccessibleforlawstudents.
Its function within the DLSS is to act as the Society’s informal editorial team by creating, editing, and publishing blogs, guides, and official DLSSpublications,aswellasmanagingtheDLSSwebsite.
