Stud/Fastener Spacing: Do not exceed 600mm spacing for 18mm mouldings or 450mm for 12mm and 15mm mouldings.
Fastener Penetration: Ensure fasteners penetrate at least 25mm into the timber framing behind the wall lining for securefixing.
EdgeClearance: Keepfastenersatleast25mmawayfrom edgestopreventsplittingatcornersandends.
Nail Guns: When using a nail gun, we recommend a protective tip to prevent bruising typical with MDF and othersoftwoodproducts.
ScrewFixing: Pre-drillpilotholestoaccommodatescrews withoutcausingdamagetothemoulding.
Adhesive and Mechanical Fixing: For added strength, especiallywhenfixingtomasonrywalls,useahigh-quality building adhesive in conjunction with mechanical fasteners. All mitre joints should be glued with an appropriateadhesive.

GREAT FOR: Skirting, Architraves, Jambs, Reveals, Shelving, Joinery, Furniture, Bathrooms and Kitchens (not exposed to constant wetting) and any interior finishing application that requires the great look of timber mouldings at an economical price.
