Planned Giving is for people like YOU. Whether you are 65 or 25, there are meaningful opportunities to make a lasting impact for Israel’s children and their future. ITECenters.org

Legacy Is Our Future— Let’s Build It Together Legacy Giving is more than a financial plan; it’s a promise—a promise to the children at the heart of ITEC’s mission—that what we build today will flourish tomorrow. Our board members and development team work tirelessly to meet annual budgets and drive essential programs. That’s our checking account, which is focused on today. A planned giving program is ITEC’s savings account, the investment involves a successful future for kids and the fulfillment of YOUR LEGACY, making your gift today go on forever! And what a lesson for your family. With our legacy program in place, we expand everything we do, adding a new dimension: SUSTAINABILITY WITH BOLD AMBITION.

From Vision to Legacy The Israel Tennis & Education Centers Foundation offers a comprehensive PLANNED GIVING program to assist our donors in designing their estates, fulfilling their charitable goals, and receiving all the tax benefits to which they are entitled. Celebrating 50 years in 2026, we are looking ahead to the future. With thoughtful planning, supporters can ensure the Centers have the resources to sustain and grow our life-changing programs for the next half-century. The dream of opportunity, legacy, and impact lives on. The dream of the Israel Tennis & Education Centers, which began nearly 50 years ago, is now a network of 17 Centers that have succeeded in becoming one of the most important social service agencies for children in Israel. The centers’ role is more critical today than ever. The conflicts in Israel continue to create stress and uncertainty in the lives of all Israeli youth.

ITEC supports Israel’s local needs and interests through: • INTEGRATION of immigrant children into mainstream Israeli society • Attention to the UNIQUE NEEDS of physically and developmentally challenged children, including the hearing-impaired and autistic children • EDUCATIONAL programs, including tutoring, mentoring, and computer literacy and English Language Learning • Recreational and SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT • ARAB and JEWISH COEXISTENCE programs advocating for multicultural communication, tolerance, and friendship • MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING to support individual needs of each child • HIGH PERFORMANCE TENNIS training that develops world-class players to represent Israel on the international stage While income and estate-tax reductions are not the reason for making a charitable gift, thoughtful donors should plan their contributions to minimize the after-tax cost by securing allowable benefits for themselves, their families, and our Israeli children. Bequests A bequest in your will is a powerful way to leave a lasting legacy with ITEC. Your bequest ensures that ITEC’s programs continue to support the children of Israel for generations to come. Bequests qualify for an estate tax charitable deduction without limitation. Common bequests include: Specific Bequest: A gift of a designated amount or item, such as cash, securities, artwork, jewelry, or real estate. Residuary Bequest: A gift of all or a percentage of the remainder of your estate after other bequests, debts, and taxes have been paid. Your bequest supports ITEC by: • • •

Funding or establishing a program Creating a perpetual fund that contributes annually to ITEC’s endowment Establishing a charitable trust with eventual distribution to ITEC

Retained Life Estate A life estate gift allows you to donate a personal residence—such as a second home, farm, or vacation property—while continuing to live there for the rest of your life. This type of gift can provide substantial tax benefits at the time the gift is made, while allowing you to retain full use of the property during your lifetime. Outright Gifts A gift of cash is the simplest way to support ITEC and receive an immediate income tax deduction. For some, however, donating appreciated assets—such as stocks or real estate—can provide even greater tax benefits. In addition to the income tax deduction, these gifts may reduce or eliminate capital gains taxes on the appreciated assets. Life Insurance You may review your life insurance policies and compare the coverage with your present needs. For example, if you own a paid life insurance policy and dependents no longer need the policy’s protection, you can make ITEC the owner and beneficiary of the policy and receive an immediate tax deduction. A new policy can also be purchased with ITEC as the owner and beneficiary. In this situation, you would make the premium payments to ITEC and receive an income tax deduction for the premium. Younger donors can make a substantial gift for very little out of pocket. ITECenters.org

Benefits Ensure Lasting Impact Sustain programs that empower underresourced youth through education, mentorship, and life skills development. Create Opportunities Support Jewish, Arab, Druze, Ethiopian, and immigrant children by providing access to safe spaces that foster coexistence. Honor Your Values Align your legacy with your commitment to empowerment, education, and social change—ensuring your values live on for generations. Be a Force for Change Help break the cycle of poverty, foster leaders, and promote peace through sport and education. Gain Tax Advantages A planned gift may offer significant tax and financial benefits for you and your heirs.

YOUR INVESTMENT IS ALREADY PAYING OFF — just look at Andy Ram and Yoni Erlich, two ITEC graduates who grew up on our courts and rose to international tennis stardom. Together, they reached a career-high World No. 5 ranking in doubles, winning Grand Slam titles at the Australian Open, French Open, and Wimbledon. Their post-career achievements are equally inspiring. Andy founded ITEC’s Head Start program, helping young athletes balance their tennis aspirations with academic and life skills support. Yoni now serves as Israel’s Davis Cup Captain and leads ITEC’s High Performance Program, training the next generation of champions. They are proof that with the right support, champions on and off the court can emerge from anywhere. ITECenters.org
