We love the spud so much we had to make a business around it!” This is how the Larsson family who built Larsviken in the southern part of Sweden, feel. They are the first potato grower with their own “Chipserie” where they make exquisite and sustainable chips from some of the over 500 varieties of potatoes they grow.
