Daniel & Margarida Viegas produce hand made jams with 67% fresh fruit and a little sugar, no artificial colors or preservatives. Carrot & Orange with it’s intense flavor, soft texture and rich in fiber and vitamins. Delightful Tomatoes from Ribatejo, made with a traditional recipe, removing seeds and skins, with a dash of sugar and cinnamon.
Fruits are cooked slowly to enhance their color and flavor, adding only a dash of sugar, delicious sure to delight the most daring palate.

Italian gourmet hand rolled breadsticks from Piedmont have long been a tradition at Brusa, enriched with Mediterranean ingredients such as olives, rosemary and extra virgin olive oil, they are light and crispy, an ideal accompaniment to any meal or as an appetizer or tasty snack.
From Apulia the traditional crunch is the Taralli, a type of cracker that is made from wheat, olive oil and wine, hand rolled into a circle. There are many flavors of Taralli and more have developed throughout the years. A historical one is made from Arso grain flour which is a type of burnt wheat, with a nutty and smokey flavor, giving an interesting combination of color and flavor to the Taralli. Traditional flavors include the Classic, Calzone and Rosemary, all in the same artisanal style and quality, a great addition to a charcuterie board and enjoyed with a glass of wine.
