Caleb (he/him) is a theater major at Indiana State University. He previously appeared as a member of the ensemble in REEFER MADNESS and participated in the 2025 24-HOUR PLAY FEST. Most recently, he played Wilbur in CHARLOTTE’S WEB. Caleb would like to thank everyone who has encouraged and supported him throughout his journey and is grateful to be part of such an amazing cast.
This is Basil’s (she/he) sixth production with the Indiana State University Department of Theater. Previously, Basil has been an assistant lighting designer for DANCE AND DIALOGUE and ANTHROPOLOGY. She has also been a board operator for REEFER MADNESS, MISERY, and THE FIGHTS BEFORE CHRISTMAS.

Eric is a sound designer, voice actor, musician, and audio engineer based in Bloomington, IN. A native of Washington, IN, Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in music education from Western Kentucky University and a master’s degree in musical theatre performance from Oklahoma City University and has been a teacher of choral music for 16 years. Recent credits include FIVE TIME IN ONE NIGHT and HURRICAN DIANE (Off Night Production) and FINN, AN ACT OF GOD, and THE TRUE STORY OF THE THREE LITTLE PIGS (Constellation Stage and Screen). Additionally, he has served as musical consultant for the award-winning audio dramas, THE ERNIE PYLE EXPERIMENT and THE WONDERFUL WIZARD OF OZ. Eric has toured the US with Missoula Children’s Theatre and performed internationally through Gyeonggi English Village in Paju, South Korea.
Chase (he/him/his) is making his Indiana State University Department of Theater debut in THE COMPLETE HISTORY OF AMERICA (ABRIDGED). Previously, he played John in PETER PAN AND WENDY and Officer Sitz in FREAKY FRIDAY. Chase is a first-year social studies education major from Indianapolis, IN.

Alex (he/him/his) is making his Indiana State University Department of Theater debut in THE COMPLETE HISTORY OF AMERICA (ABRIDGED). Alex is a freshman theater major from Greenwood, IN. He has previously played Will Parker in OKLAHOMA and Fyedka in FIDDLER ON THE ROOF. Alex is excited for what the future holds while in college.

Alicia (she/her) is an arts administrator with 18 years of event management and marketing experience. She also serves as the Department of Theater’s resident fight choreographer, with 18 years of experience in stage combat; she is an Advanced Actor Combatant with the Society of American Fight Directors, and an Actor Combatant with the British Academy of Stage and Screen Combat. Alicia has a Ph.D. in Fine Arts - Theater from Texas Tech University.

Kyrstin (she/her/hers) is making her Indiana State University Department of Theater debut in THE COMPLETE HISTORY OF AMERICA (ABRIDGED). Previously, she has played Wadsworth in CLUE and The Cowardly Lion in THE WIZARD OF OZ. Kyrstin is a freshman criminology and psychology major from Kokomo, IN.

Grace is a costume designer and technician from Chicago, IL and has previously worked at Opera Saratoga in Saratoga Springs, New York. Grace has also worked regionally at The Drury Lane Theatre, Crossroads Repertory Theatre, Maples Repertory Theatre, Beef and Boards Dinner Theatre, Constellations Stage and Screen, and the Lilly Theater. She earned her BA from Eastern Illinois University and her MFA in Costume Design from the University of Idaho. Jim has worked in the technical theatre industry for over 25 years. Jim spent nine years as the managing director, technical director, and resident scenic designer for Seagle Festival; some credits include SWEENEY TODD, THE PIRATES OF PENZANCE, FALSTAFF, ROMEO AND JULIET, WITH BLOOD WITH INK, and the world premiere of ROSCOE. Jim received his BFA in Production Design and Technology from Ohio University, and his MFA in Scenic Design from Kent State University. This is Alanna’s (she/her) sixth production here at Indiana State University and her fifth time on the stage management team. Other production credits include ANTHROPOLOGY (Stage Manager), and AIRNESS, 2025 DANCE SHOW, THE 25TH ANNUAL PUTNAM COUNTY SPELLING BEE (Assistant Stage Manager). Alanna is a theater major from Henryville, IN.
Nikki (any/all pronouns) is making their Indiana State University Department of Theater debut in THE COMPLETE HISTORY OF AMERICA (ABRIDGED). Previously she has played Dottore in THE SERVANT OF TWO MASTERS and The Cook & Mrs. Peacock Understudy in CLUE. Nikki is from Plainfield, Indiana and is a freshman theater major, a member of ISU’s Student Theater Organization, and the Vice President of Community Service in Pickeral Hall’s Hall Council.

Catlynn (she/her) has stage managed four productions, with this being her first time assistant stage managing. Prior to attending Indiana State University, she worked on theatre productions at Lincoln Trail College, such as NEWSIES, Ken Ludwig’s BASKERVILLE, and BEETLEJUICE JR.
WHO’S WHO MICHAELA “MACK” WALLEN Assistant Stage Manager
Previously, an assistant stage manager of last season’s production of MISERY, Mack has enjoyed getting to know the cast and crew the second time around. They were last seen performing themselves in the Student Theater Association’s New Play Fest of 2025: OUT OF TIME. Additionally, they’ve written roughly 7 scripts across their time at ISU, between 24 HOUR PLAYFEST and previous Student Theater Association Fright Fests and New Play Fests.

Jacob (he/him/his) is making his Indiana State University Department of Theater debut in THE COMPLETE HISTORY OF AMERICA (ABRIDGED). Previously, he has played Teddy Brewster in ARSENIC AND OLD LACE, The Lion and The Scarecrow in THE WIZARD OF OZ, and Centipede in JAMES AND THE GIANT PEACH. Jacob is a first-year music education major from Rockport, IN.
Rebecca is returning to Indiana State University, having directed BASKERVILLE: A SHERLOCK HOLMES MYSTERY in 2023. She has worked in film, TV, and theatre with a background in acting, playwriting, SFX makeup and costume design, scene painting and set design, but has primarily focused on directing since graduating with a master’s from University of Kentucky. Her favorite theatrical productions include Rodgers and Hammerstein’s THE KING AND I, Shakespeare’s HAMLET, TWELTH NIGHT, A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM, MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING – DURING A ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE, a specialized production she adapted from Alcott’s LITTLE WOMEN, and numerous plays she workshopped with up-andcoming playwrights.
