ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT The Indiana State University Department of Theater provides practical experience and training that equips undergraduate students with a broadbased or a discipline-focused theater education in an inclusive and supportive environment. We produce theater students who are explorers and catalysts of change. We build a broad and solid foundation in the artistic, intellectual and hands-on aspects of theater. By offering quality theater courses and productions that are innovative and collaborative, we seek to graduate students who will continue to develop as artists, thinkers, technicians, and entrepreneurs, who will use theater to be engaged, productive citizens of the world.
