The USF Ambassadors Program

The USF Alumni Association sponsors one of the most elite student organizations at the Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota-Manatee campuses –the USF Ambassadors. Founded in 1979, the group promotes leadership, community, involvement and educational achievement among USF’s brightest students while helping strengthen relationships among alumni, students, faculty and staff.

Always impeccably dressed in their signature green blazers, the USF Ambassadors serve as hosts at University-sponsored events, campus volunteer activities and in the local community. If you’re interested in becoming a USF Ambassador, a formal application and interview process is held every spring.

Order of the Golden Brahman

USF’s newest student service and leadership organization, Order of the Golden Brahman, is a powerful network of student and alumni leaders working together to lead the USF community, promote campus engagement and exemplify Bull pride through strong character. Members of this select group are identified as today’s campus leaders who stand poised to be tomorrow’s community leaders.

The Golden Guard Society: The Golden Guard Society is a special USFAA recognition group and honors alumni who have celebrated their 50-year graduation milestone. The society was established in 2013 to recognize the first graduating class of the university from 1963. Biannually, members of the Golden Guard Society are invited to a reunion celebration, during which a new alumni class is formally inducted.
