VILLA DOMIZIANA BEDROOMS: 7/8 BEDROOMS SLEEPS: 14 Domiziana is a stunning, newly refurbished villa on two floors located on a tip of the Argentario peninsula with views towards the sandy beach of La Giannella and mainland Italy.

The villa has a minamalist yet warm style with simple clean lines. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a smaller sitting room and dining room complimented with a veranda. There are also two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has an adjacent study, with a desk and sofa. All beds have Simmons new mattresses of high quality.

On the second level, the floor is made of wooden boards from the Tyrol region. On this floor there are six rooms and four bathrooms, one of which is attached to the Master suite, consisting of two rooms and equipped with a king sized bed. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning. The main rooms of the house benefit from a Bose music system and the televisions in the Master bedroom and living room are equipped with Apple TV and Sky. Great attention has been given to the fitness and wellness area. Here we find a gym, a sauna made of precious and fragrant Cembrian pine, with a large window overlooking the garden and a Turkish bath. The garden is cleverly designed with numerous different corners to relax and enjoy different sun spots throughout the day. Finally there is a wonderful 17-meter swimming pool with water sanitized with the salts of life, a compound of magnesium potassium and sodium that are good for the skin and relax the body.
