Il Villino is a charming cottage, with delightful outdoor areas consisting of Mediterranean gardens, terraces, a dining area under the shade of Mediterranean pine trees and a barbecue area. The house is located within the confines of the gated community of Le Cannelle on the Argentario peninsula in southern Tuscany by the sea. From the garden guests can enjoy wonderful views of the sea, the nearby romantic 16th century Spanish lookout tower the “Torre delle Cannelle” and the island of Giglio. A further benefit is automatic admission to the private swimming pool club the “Piscina delle Cannelle” with its bars and restaurant and the beach of Le Cannelle, where it is possible to rent sunbeds and an umbrella, is just a short five minute walk away.
The cottage consists of a spacious living room with a fireplace and dining area, a small open plan kitchen, a master double bedroom, a smaller bedroom with a sofa bed and two bathrooms with showers.
