The proper ty is accessed by an automatic gate and a charming drive winds up towards the house where there is a parking area. To reach the house you have to walk across the lawns where an ancient animal trough in stone provides a beautiful feature. The casale is surrounded by a terrace with ancient terracotta and the proper ty is set on two floors and has three separate entrances - one from the kitchen and two from the two living rooms. There is an external staircase that is typical of Tuscan casale leads up to the first floor where the bedrooms are located. Equally the bedrooms can be accessed via internal stairs. Under the staircase there is a laundr y and larder. In the evening, cocktails and dinners under the stars are taken on the front terrace overlooking Por to Ercole and the various for ts. Breakfast and lunches can be taken on the other tyer traces surrounding the house depending on the time of day and sun exposure. The ground floor is made up of:- 2 open plan living rooms separated by an arch - one is trhe dining area and the other a sitting room with a beautiful old working fireplace. There is a well equipped kitchen with a small marble table - ideal for breakfast for two; a separate gents. On the first floor, three double bedrooms - one master with an ensuite bathroom and two twin bedrooms (beds can be made up as a double) and another bathroom. Two of the bedrooms overlook the front of the house and Por to Ercole and the other faces the beautiful garden, olive grove and orchard. The rental includes a gardener, and a daily cleaner. The house is 7 minutes by car from Por to Ercole.
