Carolina

A native of Columbia, Carolina started providing some housekeeping duties at Jamaica Royale four years ago, servicing just two units. Management was so impressed it hired the new comapny she had started -- Bright Klean -- and now her crew of 16 helpers is handling 75 units each Saturday during checkout. “The Jamaica Royale is great. The staff members are great communicators,” Carolina said. “They say thank you to us when we do a good job and also pass along thank you messages from the owners and guests.
