At Maharagama, Sri Lanka. 2021 - 2022 floor area 2520 sqft linear type residence with tiny spaces. Exhisting land has a linear type old fashioned house and this is renovated design. the objects of the design is how we manage all the requirements within these tiny spaces. Cretae eye cathing facade to the exhisting old house and renovate interior.

RESIDENCE FOR MR.TAMEERA

At Maharagama, Sri Lanka. 2022 floor area 2800 sqft the design is a renovation project. the site is narrow and old fashioned house with courtyard. there are no openings to outside. in the design we create more openings to the outside to get the light and ventilation. courtyard is very impornt for design detailing. basically ground floor has living tv lobby, rack under the stairaces. the dining room and kitchen is located below the living area. the first floor has master bedroom with attach bathroom, tv lobby and kids rooms. w add more specifications to the kids rooms to get more joyful and playful.

The floor finishes ,wall finifhes are basically changed as per the design.

RESIDENCE FOR MR.RANASINGHE

At Kelaniya, Sri Lanka.

2020 - 2022 floor area 4753 sqft three storied luxury house with natural landscape.located in the kelaniya sub urban area.ground floor has large lenar lobby, dining and kitchen with vistor bed room. entrance lobby has another direct to the worship area. 1st floor has master bed romm, kids room and bar with linear lobby. The key design idea is modern luxurious look and feel gather to the every detail in house.

BREEZE HOTEL At Mirissa, Sri Lanka.

2019 - 2021 floor area 10 520 sqft

The location of the site is ideal for a resort aimed to cater to tourists. Proper placement of the building in this site allows the design to maximize views while becoming a view as a part of the natural reservation and beach. The project conveys the ‘entrance’ to the Southern quarter which is a major tourist destination in the country.

Concept

The main design idea of the resort is to render the quality of transition from the surrounding busy urban setting to the suburban natural scape around mirissa beach as a prelude to the approaching soothing exposure in tourist destinations in the Southern coastal belt.

HOTEL AT MIRISSA, SRI LANKA

Location of the resort has a tremendous influence over the design since the project conveys the ‘entrance’ to the Southern quarter which is a major tourist destination in the country. short term stay resort hotel is the key idea of this design.ground floor has entrance lobby, parking and swimming pool. 1st floor is a fully opened restaurent area.second and third floor is bed rooms for visitors.

Saffare Inn Wedding Hall And Restaurent

At Rathnapura, Sri Lanka.

2021 - 2022 floor area 15 000 sqft

Loocated in the eye cathing rural area near the rathnapura city. the site is a slope and wetzone which are the dificulties that we are facing. basement services with kitchen area and car parking, ground floor opens to the wedding hall. first floor is a restaurent with spa and a gymnasium. second floor isa bed rooms. organic shape nature swimming pool located edge of the site which can access from the basement floor. total floor area is 15000 sqft.the design is caterd to the local visitors in rathnapura and foriegners who visit and stay in rathnapura.

2022 floor area 3200 sqft

The ass pod restaurent located in the tremnedous top of the hill in nuwaraeliya which is call little England in sri lanka. The design concept is to cretae royality look and feel to the entire design. there are entrance lobby with reception, restaurent area and pub. the classical roylity finishes and furnitures install to the design. roylity type arm chairs give elegant pride to the design, large chandeliar designs, classical wood finifh ceiling, wall finifh column finishes are the key aspects.

At Colombo 2021 - 2022 floor area 1280 sqft locate d in the 24th floor of the high rise (world trade center) in colombo sri lanka.this is the head office of board of investers in sri lanka. the floor has curvey non openble windows around . it gives light and beautiful scenary look to the office area. Entrance lobby reception, small dining area, office spaces with MD room and conference room.. the ceiling material changed to the wood strips.floor area has carpeted.

Location of the shop has a tremendous influence over the design since the project conveys the ‘entrance’ to the Southern quarter which is a major tourist destination in the country. The location of the site is cater for a gems aimed to tourists in galle. The shop is in the heritage site and highly valuble area in the country.

Concept

The main design idea of the jewelary shop is elegance.we added dutch influces key ideas such as gothic arches, moulding columns and wall finishes.timber finished partioins and wall papers add more elegance the quality of the interior.golden color strips with metal plated furniture slightly elegant the overall look and feel of the design.

Ess Jay Electricals

At Jaffna, Sri Lanka.

2021 - 2022 floor area 2000 sqft

This electrical shop is located in the northen part of sri lanka. the design idea of the electrical shop is how we change the interior look using light and shades. mainly we used hexagon shape steel ceiling with random hanging pendent lights. it gives vibrance to the design. floor area has used by textured carpet. customized column rack design to exhibit lights and swithes. custo mized furnitures are the key design aspects of the electrical shop.

The Scandinavian house is a private house situated in a small town on a hilly terrain. Its number of floors was determined by the urban code of the local commune which allows a ground floor and the first floor with a gable roof, making it a traditional Slovenian house. The house is visually not big, it fuses together with the surrounding nature and it is open to neighbors, meaning it is not fenced and it does not have a completely private interior. The floors blend into one big space in order to create vague transitions between the floors. The exterior of the house also has smooth transitions between different levels. This is how the interior and the exterior became one space for living.

Although the designs vary, a common style features a sloping, single-gabled timbered roof and large windows. The interior is usually simple, living with a kitchen, upper floor one room, perhaps partitioned,over which a loft is built.
