This course aims to become a dynamic forum for students who want to work in global health to acquire a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the principal problems of maternal and reproductive health in low income countries, and the ability to debate, contrast and discuss key bottlenecks and challenges to improve the health of women in these areas. It integrates scientific evidence, interventions to improve health, and the political area and development.
