Hanna Manes & Michael Manes Co-executive Directors, Cohab.Space

An artist, creative director, freelance interior stylist and founding partner of Cohab Space, Hanna has built a reputation for developing artist-centered platforms through strategic marketing, exhibition curation, and collaborative community engagement.

An experienced arts leader and gallery director, Michael has led major initiatives in artist representation, curatorial strategy, and gallery operations. He excels at creating opportunities for artists to thrive within both commercial and nonprofit contexts.

John Conrad John Conrad, Conrad Companies, LLC

After a distinguished career as a home furnishings designer and executive director of the International Society of Furniture Designers, John is now known as a global speaker, podcast host, videographer, producer, and voice-over artist. Devoted to the High Point community, he actively supports civic and cultural organizations, including the Southwest Renewal Foundation and the Preservation Society.

2026 John Conrad Student Pinnacle Award

Presented by: Rico Ruffino Assistant Professor of the Practice of Industrial & Product Design, Department of Forest Biomaterials, NC State University Implementing technology to minimize resource use, Rico has developed a sustainable materials technology design lab within the Hodges Wood Products Facility and has established a Sustainable Design and Testing Service Center to support new product development. His research focuses on using virtual reality in instructional design, and he has added VR components to the learning environment. He is a member of the Industrial Design Society of America and the Sustainable Furnishings Council.

Tom Conley Managing Director, TPC and Associates As president and CEO of the High Point Market Authority, from 2011-22, Tom established a strong reputation for visionary leadership. Today, as president of TPC and Associates, he advises clients in the development and execution of strategies that adapt their businesses to rapidly changing times and achieve their growth objectives.
