Tuition fees are paid per term; there are two terms per academic year. Term 1 tuition fees are payable in May. Term 2 tuition fees are payable in Nov.

ISD sends invoices 2 times a year (one per term).

Invoices must be settled in full within the published due date.

The Scholarships will provide discounts of 100% on the ISD Admission Fee ($8000), plus:

Week Without Walls Fees These fees cover overseas and local trips depending on the student's grade-level and are payable in May with Term 1 tuition fees. These fees are mandatory for all students from Grades 9 – 11

ADDITIONAL COSTS Extra-curricular Activities We understand the value of extra-curricular activities in helping to provide a well-rounded and balanced school experience. Some activities are free of charge, other options incur an additional charge (ISD parents should direct any payment inquiries to the Finance Office).

Uniforms School uniforms can be purchased upon successful enrollment from the school shop or the designated school tailor.

Exam Fees External exam fees, for students taking these options, are in addition to the school fees with ISD taking these payments directly for the full IB Diploma Programme.

Students in Grade 10 are registered for MYP eAssessments.

Charges for these qualifications are determined according to the examining body’s fees. ISD reserves the right to amend these fees if examination bodies increase their charges.

Additional fees will be due for students re-taking any Grade 12 subject exam or requesting a re-mark of any exam papers.

Payable in Advance New students will be invoiced on acceptance of admission. Full fees must be paid within 7 days before the student starts classes.

Returning Students Parents will be sent the invoices electronically via email.

Generally, invoices are raised on 1st May for Term 1 and 1st November for Term 2 of every school year. The invoice Payment is due 30 days from the invoice date.

Refund Policy All fees are non-refundable after the start of school classes.

Late Fees Students whose fees are not paid by the due date will incur a late fee charge of $100.00 per student in Playgroup to Nursery and $200.00 per student in Pre-KG to Grade 12. Students whose fees are not fully paid by the start of the term may get excluded from classes.

Application and Admission Fee Students re-enrolling after two years of absence must go through a new application process including payment of all fees.

Enrollment During the School Year Students joining within 45 school days from the start of each term are required to pay the term tuition fees in full, along with the application, admission, and any other related fees.

Non-payment of Fees Students whose fees are not fully paid by the start of the term and within the due date may get excluded from class. Student records and progress reports will not be released to parents or to any other educational institutions until all outstanding fees are paid in full.

*Any non-paid bank charges will be adjusted with tuition fees outstanding.
