Ski passes are non-transferable and must be presented on request of the control staff. Ski passes not purchased at the ticket office and lost cards are blocked at the turnstiles. In case of misuse, the ski pass will be withdrawn immediately and a penalty of € 70.00 plus ski pass price has to be paid. A later exchange or change of the validity period is not possible. Strict entry controls are carried out at the valley station. Priority checks are carried out in the ski area. The individual services to which ski passes entitle the holder are provided by legally independent companies. The company selling the ski pass acts only as a representative for the other companies. Only the respective company is therefore obliged to provide the individual services and to pay compensation in the event of any incidents.

Refund In the event of accident or illness, a refund will be made from the day the ski pass is deposited at the point of sale and only on presentation of the purchase receipt – no refund for accompanying persons. A medical certificate (valid only from the valley's railway doctors or from Zams hospital) must be provided for each refund. If the deposit is made by 10:00 am, the day will not be charged (ski passes up to 2 days will not be refunded). No refunds will be made for early departures, lift stoppages due to events beyond the control of the company such as storms, bad weather, natural disasters, etc., or stoppages of individual lifts. In all other respects, the rates and conditions of carriage of Bergbahnen See apply.

Key-Card All ski passes are issued on Key-Card. A deposit of € 5.00 is charged per key-card, which will be refunded when the undamaged key-card is returned.

Slope & Rescue Service Slope Rescue: Tel. : +43 5441 8288 22 The slope & rescue service monitors the marked and open ski slopes. For the rescue service € 90.00 will be charged. Reporting points: All lift stations – exact indication of the place of the accident. The last control run of the slope service takes place at 4:15 pm (on the valley run until 5:00 pm). Please follow the FIS rules – for a good and safe cooperation!

The use of the slopes from 5:00 pm to 8:00 am (outside opening hours) is life-threatening (preparation with slope maintenance equipment, winches, etc.) and prohibited!

Benefit 6 | Guest kindergarten
Children with a height between 1.10 m and 1.25 m shall be carried alone in a chair seat if the adjacent seat is occupied by a suitable adult.
Slope preparation & Safety
The ski instructors of the Ski School See will teach you how to ski for fun during a ½ day course with the technique known as "Schönskifahren" or "Cruisen".
Sport Narr will wax and polish your skis or snowboard free of charge so that your sports equipment runs smoothly again. Total service (with edge grinding) for an extra charge. (Only one voucher can be redeemed per person. Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Voucher is not valid on Friday).
Children under 1.10 m tall must be carried on the lap of a suitable adult on chairlifts.
Card misuse is not worthwhile!

Control & misuse
In the case of patchwork families, proof of a joint household of all family members must be provided in order to benefit from the family discount. Only if all members of a patchwork family live permanently in the same household can the family reduction be granted. For this purpose, proof by means of a registration confirmation (main residence) is required.
Loss
Holders of a valid guest card (See, Kappl, Ischgl, Galtür, Pians, Grins and Landeck/Zams) are granted a reduction on the price without a guest card in the See ski area.
Family rate (only for SEE ski passes) If two children and at least one full-paying parent buy a ski pass together, all other children receive free travel. This promotion applies exclusively to children to whom the child or free ride reduction would apply. Presentation of the guest card and proof of family status (official photo ID) is required.
