GENERAL RULES FOR THE GALTÜR CABLE CARS
GENERAL INFORMATION
The General Terms and Conditions, the Rate Conditions and the FIS Rules are available to everyone online at www.galtuer.com and can be obtained on request at the main ticket offices.
SUSPENSION OF OPERATIONS
Those in possession of a valid ski pass must accept that if carriage is impossible or inadmissible for reasons for which the cable car company is not responsible, they will not be granted access to the cable car. Such reasons include elementary events (e.g., strong wind, thunderstorms, heavy rain), a lack of snow, avalanche danger, official orders (e.g., risk of disease, epidemic, pandemic), technical defects, maintenance work or force majeure. The decision to suspend operations, close the slopes, etc. is at the sole discretion of the cable car company.
The announced start and end dates of a season, as well as the announced operating hours, are not “fixed dates” – they depend on various circumstances such as the weather. Therefore, even in the event of a later start to the season, an early end to the season or reduced operating hours, no claims can be made for a refund on – or extension of – the ski pass. Early and late in the season, and especially due to the weather, one can expect a limited number of lifts and ski runs to be operating.
BUS TRANSFER
All ski passes entitle you to free use of the ski buses in winter (Landeck – See – Kappl – Ischgl – Galtür).
Ski bus transfer options are limited at the beginning and end of the season.

DRONES
All unmanned aircraft are forbidden in the ski resort!

Reduced-price tickets are only issued upon presentation of an official photo ID.
Children: Free tickets for children under 8 years accompanied by a parent; children’s rate for children/ teenagers under 19 years.
Seniors: Senior rate from 65 years old, from 80 years old: € 10.00 per day
Disabled: Reduction (children’s rate) in the event of at least a 70% reduction in working capacity
Groups: A group discount is only available for joint purchase & the same group of people. Group rate: approx. 5 % discount on price list rates. One free ticket per 10 persons
Families: For a family ski pass, the ID cards and guest cards of all family members are required. For patchwork families, proof of common household (registration form) for all family members must be provided.

CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE FOR CHILDREN
The permitted method for carrying children is regulated in the cable cars’ conditions of carriage. These conditions of carriage are posted at the cable car access point and must be followed.
Children under 1.10 m tall must be accompanied by an adult. They must sit next to the adult or on their lap. One adult per child.
Children between 1.10 m and 1.25 m tall must be accompanied by an adult and sit next to them. Maximum 2 children per adult (chairlift).
Children over 1.25 m are free to ride like adults.
MIXED RATES
If individual days of a multi-day ticket fall into different seasonal periods (i.e. there’s an overlap of the seasonal periods), the exact mixed rate is automatically calculated.
MISUSE
For
The ski passes are not transferable and must be shown to our control personnel on request. Misuse such as the unauthorised transfer of a ticket leads to pass cancellation without compensation. A penalty of at least € 50.00 must be paid, as well as damages. The cable car company also reserves the right to file criminal charges. PARKING

SLOPE & RESCUE SERVICE
