Guest cards must be presented upon request. The indicated prices require a valid guest card.
The guest card is available from the respective landlord.

Control & misuse
Card misuse is not worthwhile!
Ski passes are non-transferable and must be presented on request of the control staff. Ski passes not purchased at the ticket office and lost cards are blocked at the turnstiles.
In case of misuse, the ski pass will be withdrawn immediately and a penalty of € 70.00 plus ski pass price has to be paid. A later exchange or change of the validity period is not possible.
Strict entry controls are carried out at the valley station. Priority checks are carried out in the ski area.
The individual services to which ski passes entitle the holder are provided by legally independent companies. The company selling the ski pass acts only as a representative for the other companies. Only the respective company is therefore obliged to provide the individual services and to pay compensation in the event of any incidents.

When purchasing a ski pass for two children and at least one full-paying parent, all other children the youngest ski for free. Presentation of the guest card and proof of family identity (official photo ID) is required.
Refund
In the event of accident or illness, refunds will be made from the day on which the ski pass is deposited at the point of sale and only on presentation of the purchase receipt - no refunds for accompanying persons. Transport of children
Children under 1.10 m tall must be carried on the lap of a suitable adult on chairlifts.
Children with a height between 1.10 m and 1.25 m shall be carried alone in a chair seat if the adjacent seat is occupied by a suitable adult.

Slope & Rescue Service

The slope & rescue service monitors the marked and open ski slopes. For a piste rescue operation € 135,on the piste and € 180,- off the piste or in the open ski area will be charged. Further information can be found in the general terms and conditions of the respective ski area.
Reporting points: All lift stations –exact indication of the place of the accident.
The last control run of the slope service takes place at 4:15 pm (valley run See until 5:00 pm, valley run Kappl until 4:30 pm).
