“Where Real Estate Meets Culture.”
“THE DEATH OF DIGITAL HYPE”

“Agents across Québec are rediscovering the power of real connection through in-person marketing and community presence.”
No doubt anymore where real estate marketing is heading and history will remember who adapted first.
After years of digital noise, agents and brands are rediscovering the art of being seen in real life. Billboards, print ads, community farming - all the things we thought were obsolete are quietly making a comeback.
The rise of AI content hasn’t killed creativity. It’s just raised the bar. In a world of automation, authenticity is the new luxury. People no longer want more content, they want connection.
The most successful agents of 2025 and 2026 aren’t asking if social media is dead. They’re using every tool available; digital reach, print presence, and neighborhood connection to be everywhere their clients are.
At KW Prestige, we call it “The Hybrid Agent.”
An agent who can post a trending reel and shake hands at a local café. Who can mail a beautiful print piece and run a geo-targeted ad. The agents who master both are the ones who’ll own their market.
Because in this new era, visibility isn’t virtual - it’s personal.”

Algorithms don’t build loyalty. People do.”

“KW Prestige Agents See 60% Average Growth”
In a year defined by digital noise, KW Prestige agents proved that connection still converts. Ninety-two percent of brokers grew their business in 2025, averaging a 60% increase in production. The common thread? A balance of innovation and presence — mastering both the online conversation and the face-to-face relationship.

THE BROKERAGE REPORT 2
Inside the Numbers. Behind the Growth.
By Mars Kelly, CMO
It’s been a defining year for Keller Williams Prestige.
Growth isn’t a slogan here - it’s measurable, visible, and personal. Across our offices, conversations, and closings, one truth stands out: when culture leads, numbers follow.
92% of KW Prestige brokers are up this year, with an average production increase of 60%.
That figure isn’t luck or market timing, it’s the result of structure, mentorship, and a shared belief that resilience compounds. Every listing, every open house, every client served is part of a collective momentum that’s shaping the brokerage into Québec’s most dynamic real estate hub.
Rookie of the Year: Ori Mergui
By Mars Kelly, CMO
It’s not often that a first-year agent enters the industry and immediately finds his stride, but Ori Mergui made it look effortless.

Since joining KW Prestige, Ori has become known for his energy, adaptability, and people-first approach. In just one year, he’s built a book of business. Most agents take years to develop, closing multiple successful transactions, generating leads through both traditional and digital channels, and turning nearly every client into a lifelong advocate.
What stands out most isn’t just the volume of work, it’s his mindset.
Ori showed up to training, hosted open houses, and came to every team huddle with a single goal: to learn faster than anyone else in the room.
“Ori’s secret isn’t luck, it’s preparation,” says Rock Thomas. “He listens, applies, and executes immediately. That’s what turns potential into performance.”
Already a familiar name within the brokerage, Ori’s combination of discipline, charm, and curiosity has earned him not just Rookie of the Year but a bright future ahead at KW Prestige.

Fastest-Growing Team: Groupe Samuel Benizri
By Mars Kelly, CMO
Where leadership, collaboration, and culture meet unstoppable growth.
In a year defined by adaptation and ambition, Groupe Samuel Benizri stood out as KW Prestige’s fastest-growing team, not only expanding its roster but redefining what modern leadership looks like in real estate.
What began as a small, high-performing group led by Samuel Benizri has evolved into a collaborative force within the brokerage and across Québec’s commercial market. Known for its mentoring culture, marketing innovation, and uncompromising client service, the team’s rise has been nothing short of remarkable.
This year, Groupe Samuel Benizri closed over 200 units and grew from six to fourteen agents, earning recognition as the fastest-growing team at
KW Prestige. Their growth reflects not just volume, but vision, the ability to scale a culture built on accountability, creativity, and community.
“Great leaders don’t just create results, they create other leaders,” says Rock Thomas, CEO. “That’s exactly what Sam has done. His team isn’t just growing in numbers; it’s growing in influence.”
Their success isn’t accidental, it’s intentional. Sam’s leadership style is rooted in empowerment, giving each team member the structure, tools, and autonomy to thrive. From record-breaking listing launches to community-driven initiatives, Groupe Samuel Benizri embodies the future of real estate at KW Prestige, where collaboration scales, culture sustains, and results follow.
“Groupe Samuel Benizri is proof that when vision meets execution, growth becomes inevitable,” says Mars Kelly, CMO. “They’ve built something that every team in the industry should aspire to: a brand powered by leadership, trust, and collective excellence.”
This recognition isn’t just about statistics. It’s about momentum, the kind that reshapes what’s possible when a team aligns around purpose, performance, and people.
WOMAN OF THE YEAR: Joanne Simonetti
By Mars Kelly, CMO
Joanne didn’t just grow her business this year, she redefined it.
Her closed volume increased by an astonishing tenfold, and she tripled her units sold, setting a new benchmark for what’s possible through consistency and precision. In a market where timing is everything, Joanne mastered it, cutting her Days on Market significantly by refining pricing strategy and sharpening her marketing execution.

Her listing-to-sale ratio now ranks among the highest in the brokerage, the result of a methodical approach that combines data-driven decisions with genuine intuition for what buyers value. Each transaction tells the same story: thoughtful preparation, transparent communication, and a process so smooth it feels effortless even when it’s not.
As the industry continues to evolve, Joanne’s story reminds us that mastery isn’t loud, it’s consistent.
Breakout of the Year: Team DRS
By Mars Kelly, CMO
Sometimes growth doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from doing it differently.
At the start of 2025, David Rosman-Soussana was a solo agent with a packed schedule, a sharp instinct for the market, and a quiet goal: to scale smarter. By spring, he had done something most agents hesitate to do: he built a team.

Enter Team DRS, a new powerhouse formed with two rookie brokers, Ori Mergui and Joey, who brought fresh energy, curiosity, and drive to match David’s precision. The result was a year that completely flipped the script. Together, they tripled production in both units and volume, proving that the right team can turn momentum into a multiplier.
What makes this story different is not just the numbers but the mindset.
David did not build a team to delegate; he built one to accelerate. He turned mentorship into a growth model, giving new agents the structure and space to succeed faster than most do in their first
few years.
“David didn’t just grow. He evolved,” says Rock Thomas. “He turned his individual success into a system that lifts others. That is what makes Team DRS one to watch.”
Team DRS represents the next generation of leadership at KW Prestige: grounded in mentorship, fueled by execution, and defined by trust. It is what happens when a top performer stops playing solo and starts building something bigger.

From Strength to Dominance: George Wu, G&E Realty
By Mars Kelly, CMO
In every brokerage, there is one agent whose results define the standard. At KW Prestige, that agent is George Wu.
As co-founder of G&E Realty, George’s 2025 team performance was nothing short of extraordinary. With over 650 units closed and a 51% increase in volume year over year, his consistency has evolved into command. He remains the brokerage’s top performer and one of Québec’s most respected dealmakers.
What makes George’s success remarkable is not the scale alone, but the precision behind it. His business operates like a finely tuned system, balancing data-driven insight with instinct, and discipline with creative strategy. While many chase short-term wins, George focuses on structure: client relationships, repeat business, and market intelligence that compound over time.
“George doesn’t just perform at a high level,” says Rock Thomas “He performs at that level every year. His growth is proof that consistency, when mastered, becomes dominance.”
In a year filled with disruption and reinvention, George Wu remained the constant: calm, disciplined, and undeniably at the top.

Leadership in Motion
By Mars Kelly, CMO
This year, Corey Tardiff stepped into a new chapter of growth and leadership.
As KW Prestige’s new Market Center Tech Trainer (MCTT), Corey has become the go-to resource for our CRM systems, and tech-driven productivity.
At the same time, his personal business soared, with a 50% increase in closed volume and nearly double the units sold compared to the previous year.
Balancing mentorship with momentum, Corey has proven that mastering technology and client service are not separate goals but complementary strengths.
“Corey’s growth reflects what happens when you lead by example,” says Rock Thomas. “He helps others succeed while continuing to raise his own bar.”
Groupe Immo Solutions: Community Leaders
By Mars Kelly, CMO
Some teams measure success in numbers.
Groupe Immo Solutions measures it in impact.
Led by Wilson Ramcharan, with Cindy Keefe and Tania Latulippe, the team leads with kindness, serves with purpose, and consistently shows that culture is not a slogan, it’s a way of doing business.
Wilson ranks among KW Prestige’s top ten brokers month after month, but what defines him most is generosity. Each year, the team spearheads largescale Red Day volunteer projects, and their annual initiative, Operation Blessing Basket, is set to feed 200 local families this holiday season.
Inside the office, they are the first to help, the first to give, and the first to remind us why we do what we do.
Groupe Immo Solutions proves that real success in real estate isn’t measured in transactions, it’s measured in community.

Welcome to the Family
Written by Mars Kelly, CMO
In an industry that rewards individuality but thrives on connection, growth isn’t just about numbers, it’s about people. And this year, KW Prestige grew in all the right ways.
As markets shifted, technologies evolved, and client expectations climbed higher than ever, a new wave of brokers chose to make their mark here, in an environment defined by collaboration, ambition, and purpose.
Each new name on this list represents more than a license number or transaction record. It represents a story. A decision to step into a culture that values mastery over hustle, strategy over noise, and service over sales.
From emerging agents finding their first foothold, to seasoned professionals joining to amplify their reach, these are the people shaping what KW Prestige has become and what it’s becoming next.
They are builders, educators, risk-takers, and collaborators. They are the future of real estate in Québec.

She refined her process, deepened her client relationships, and elevated her presence in Montréal’s high-end and downtown markets. The result: not just growth, but composure a reputation for being the one who gets it done without ever breaking stride.

Holiday Spread

TA European Twist on Your Holiday Spread Easy Basque Burnt Cheesecake
By Mars Kelly
The Basque Burnt Cheesecake is what happens when imperfection becomes art. Born in San Sebastián, Spain, this dessert is the opposite of fussy. no water bath, no crust, no stress. Just a beautiful, rustic cake with a caramelized top that cracks like crème brûlée and a center that melts into silk.
It’s rich, indulgent, and wildly forgiving, the kind of dessert you can make on a weeknight and still impress everyone at your holiday table.
Ingredients (for a 6-inch cake)
• 400 g cream cheese (room temperature)

here’s something undeniably elegant about a holiday table that feels both effortless and abundant, the kind of spread you’d find in a sunlit Spanish apartment or on a long table in an Italian vineyard. This year, skip the formal sit-down dinner and embrace the art of the European grazing table.

Think rustic breads, herbed whipped butters, marinated olives, roasted vegetables, and cheeses that invite conversation as much as they do indulgence. The goal isn’t perfection, it’s presence. You want your guests lingering, chatting, tearing bread, pouring wine, and reaching for just one more bite.
How to do it:
• 150 g sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 250 ml heavy cream (35% whipping cream)
• 1 tbsp flour (or cornstarch)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Pinch of salt
Directions
1. Prep the Pan
Line a 6- or 7-inch springform pan with two layers of parchment paper, letting them stick up past the rim. It should look rustic and a little imperfect, that’s part of its charm.
2. Make the Batter
• In a large bowl, whisk together the cream cheese
Start with a linen-draped table and let texture do the talking. Silver or pewter trays for whipped butter, glass bowls for olives, and wood boards for cheeses. Add warmth with candlelight and greenery, rosemary sprigs, olive branches, or even small citrus fruits scattered casually across the table.
It’s not about symmetry, it’s about story. A story told through beautiful ingredients, good company, and just enough imperfection to make it feel alive.

and sugar until completely smooth.
• Add eggs one at a time, whisking after each addition.
• Pour in the heavy cream, then whisk until silky.
• Add flour, salt, and vanilla, and mix gently until just combined.
3. Bake
• Preheat oven to 400°F / 205°C.
• Pour the batter into the lined pan.
• Bake for 45–55 minutes, until the top is deep golden brown and beautifully burnt.
• The center should still wobble when you nudge the pan. If it’s too pale, bake 5–10 minutes longer.
4. Cool
• Cool at room temperature until the cake settles.
• For the perfect creamy texture, chill for at least 3 hours before slicing.
• For a molten center, chill just 1 hour.
Serve
Slice with a hot knife for clean, perfect edges.
Serve as-is, or if you want to elevate it spoon over a few dots of berry coulis and garnish with fresh raspberries, blueberries, or a little edible gold leaf.
Because sometimes, the most luxurious thing you can do… is keep it simple.

Year-End Message from Rock Thomas 5
By Rock Thomas, CEO, Keller Williams Prestige
As we close out 2025, I want to take a moment to recognize what we have built together at Keller Williams Prestige, and to look ahead at what is possible in 2026.
A Year of Growth and Grit
This year reminded me why I believe so deeply in this community. When people with purpose move in the same direction, the results speak for themselves.
We welcomed 49 new brokers into the Prestige family, bringing our total to 159. Our office volume grew by nearly 60 percent, while the provincial market grew only nine. That is not coincidence. It is a reflection of your commitment, your resilience, and your decision to keep showing up, even when it was hard to.
Behind every statistic is a human story. A broker who made one more call. Hosted one more open house. Learned one more skill. You chose growth over comfort, and it showed.
This year we also raised the standard of training and technology. From live prospecting sessions to the 100K Club, the Sales Mastery series, and the Mega Agent Millionaire Club, we focused on the skills that actually move the needle. Our role play and objection handling sessions built confidence and precision. And our investment in new AI tools helped many of you work smarter and present your brands with more authority.
This was the year KW Prestige stopped
being just a brokerage. It became a movement.
Looking Ahead to 2026: The Year of Elevation
Next year’s theme is Elevation.
It means raising the bar in how we lead, produce, and serve.
In 2026 we will introduce targeted coaching designed to help you grow from solo agent to true business owner. We are launching the Prestige Growth Hub, a platform to help you track your productivity, your training progress, and your lead
generation in one place.
Our luxury and investment divisions will continue to expand, giving you new ways to diversify income and strengthen long-term wealth. We will also increase collaboration across teams and offices, because growth happens faster when we learn and win together.
My commitment remains the same: to make KW Prestige the most empowering environment for real estate professionals in Quebec. A place where ambition is supported, growth is tracked, and every agent has the tools to perform at the highest level.
A Personal Note
Success has never been about how much you make. It is about how much you grow.
The agents who win in this business are the ones who stay coachable, stay consistent, and keep moving forward when it is uncomfortable. You have done that all year long.
You have shown professionalism, generosity, and grit. You have built something that is bigger than a brokerage. You have built a family that believes in excellence and integrity.
From me and the entire leadership team, thank you.
Finish strong. Rest. Recharge.
And when you return in 2026, come ready to elevate higher, move faster, and lead bigger than ever before.
Together, we are Prestige.
