A lot of people practice some sport every day as it is the perfect way of switching off in our diary routines while doing physical activities.

But the fact is that most of us consider it a hobby and don´t mind how we do it. Doing it in a wrong way can be harmful.

Here I´ll give some tips that will be very useful in your workout: • First of all we must analyze the degree of difficulty of our sport to think if it is available for our skills • Then we have to provide ourselves of all the proper materials to practice the sport.

• The most important part is to do a warm up and stretch the muscles before and after the physical activities.

• Finally we must hydrate the body by drinking cold water.

By Ian Usually sport events are places where to go to spend the day with your sons but this situation could turn really dangerous if you are going to an high-risk sport event, here are some pieces of advice for keeping safe in this kind of situations.

1. High-risk sport events usually happen when two rival teams play against each other, the first thing you have to do is buying seats close to your team´s supporters and also close to the exits.

2. The second thing you have to do is to enjoy the match without confronting the rival supporters, but this could not be enough to prevent a fight on the stands, this takes us to the third point.

3. If a fight starts the first you have to do, obviously is to exit the stadium but if you can´t which you have to do is to stay away from the fight´s focus 4. There could be flying objects which can reach you so what you have to do is to keep yourself close to the ground and go out of there as fast as you can.

If you follow this steps you might be safe in a high-risk sport event.

You probably think that shopping in a shopping centre is not dangerous but I’m just going to tell you some dangerous situations you should avoid while shopping.

Firstly you should avoid going shopping in sales at rush hour. If you want to go shopping in sales you should go early in the morning, because there is not too much people and the shops are perfectly organized.

Secondly you should avoid taking a lot of money with you because robbers are waiting for you to take all your money.

So the best thing you should do is taking your credit card and you will survive to this problem.

Finally my last advice is that when you go shopping you should wear comfortable clothing and also very important comfortable shoes.

If you follow my simple advices you will love shopping more than you loved it.

HOW TO KEEP SAFE IF YOU GO WALKING IN THE MOUNTAINS Alba González Maybe you think that you don’t need to know nothing when you go to walk in the mountains but that’s not true. Here are some rules and tips to keep you safe.

Firstly, we must make a planning and know the mountain where we're going to.We should choose a walk that suits everybody in our group.And we must be ready to change our plans at the last minute for example if the weather at the las moment has got worse you should avoid going.

Secondly, we must be well equiped with extra water and food ,a map,a compass,a torch, a whistle in case you get lost,a mobile phone, suncream, a knife or multi-tool ,and wear appropiate clothes and good trainers or hiking boots. Apart from that, it’s important to know some first aid rules just in case something bad happens.

And finally other rules to follow are: never go alone and always go on the path. If you think you are lost, then stop and think.Study the map and try to work out your location.

You may need to return to your last known point and start again or even try to return to the starting point.

How to keep safe on the beach

By María Camino Advice The first advice you have to know to keep safe in the beach is to be sure that you know how to swim. Many people isn´t able to swim propperly, but don´t worry, you can start taking up some lessons in order not to get drowned.

Another piece of advice is to drink a lot of water and be on a place with a little of shadow just not to be under the Sun for a long time, because that will makes you to lose most of the water you have inside your body. There has been many cases of people that faint because of not having drunk all the water their body needed.

Remember to put sun cream because if you don't put it, you will burn your skin. That will be very harmful for you, so I recommend you this because of that.

Following this steps, your life in the beach, will be much better with less problems.

Learn some basic vocabulary, like knowing how to request an English (or whatever language) speaker, where the nearest police station is, where the subway is….

4) Be aware of your surroundings: For example; touristic zones are known for the presence of pickpockets, do not take valuable things that you don’t need, don’t take big amounts of money and put your valuable things in a safe place, out of reach for any potential pickpocket.
