LOCAL DESIGNER AND BUSINESS OWNER TO INSPIRE A collection of creative women is set to connect at Isaac Libraries to celebrate home-based business enterprises in the digital world in a free collaborative series of workshops.
Isaac Libraries is presenting the Arts and Social Media Forum as part of Queensland Women’s Week and International Women’s Day celebrations in March. Isaac Regional Council Mayor Anne Baker said the local library forums aligns with Queensland Women’s Week’s 2019 theme of Invest in women. Invest in the future. “From the outback to the Isaac coast, the forums will shine the spotlight on the entrepreneurial adventures of local women in the 21st century,” she said. “Five creatively successful women will share their journey on social media and how the digital world has helped expand their audience with their creative activities.
