The Barclay’s special UCI package for one low fee will make your event easy and efficient!

A variety of rooms and spaces are available:

upper and lower lobby areas

outside courtyard (weather permitting)

• the stage space (87’x41’) • greenroom • 4 dressing rooms as

needed for preparation and/or break-out sessions

Professional staffing and equipment:

• A production manager and 3 stage

crew, house manager and ushering staff

• A Campus Security Officer and/or concessionaire, as determined by Barclay management

• Equipment and items for on-stage

panel discussions, basic lighting, basic audio and projection capacity including:

• Basic lighting on stage and in the auditorium

• Basic sound system including

microphones, amplification and hearing enhancement system

UCI Meetings, Ceremonies & Lectures Fee for meetings, ceremonies and lectures up to eight hours: Monday - Wednesday Thursday - Sunday

$2,750.00 $3,750.00

Hours above eight are available at $350 an hour

Fee for meetings, ceremonies and lectures up to four hours: Monday - Wednesday Thursday - Sunday

$1,750.00 $2,250.00

Grace period of up to one extra hour will incur a fee of $350 Above five hours the 8 hour meeting fee will apply

• Basic projection system

including projector, screen, and capacity to project images and/ or video/film clips

• Two podiums, six 8’ rectangular tables with linens & chairs for panel presentations

Located within the UCI campus directly across from Aldrich Hall and the UCI Student Center, the Barclay is a perfect antidote to humdrum academic lecture halls.

UCI public parking is available in the structure adjacent to the theatre.
