Fees: Activity and event fees in this guide are subject to change without notice.

Weather: Many activities are held in venues that make them tentative based on weather conditions. Participants are responsible for checking to see if games have been cancelled, delayed, or rescheduled. For up-to-date information call the Athletic hotline numbers: Crooked Creek Park: 803-345-8118

Seven Oaks Park: 803-772-3369 www.icrc.net

REGISTER FOR PROGRAMS

If you are an existing ICRC customer, you can register online at www.icrc.net for most programs and activities. New customers need to establish an account in PerfectMind before registering online. Registration is also accepted at each of the parks or by phone. Registration is confirmed upon payment. Because many classes fill up quickly, register one week before the class date to allow time for class enrollment decisions. Registration will be accepted as long as space is available.

ICRC Key tag Policy: Visitors to Crooked Creek and Seven Oaks Parks are required to present an ICRC key tag with associated fees for admission to open gym, fitness and weight areas, racquetball courts, walking/running track, and other unsupervised areas. Anyone age 11 and older must have a valid ICRC key tag for admission.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Refund requests must be received no later than three business days prior to the start of the program. No refunds or transfers will be made once the activity has begun and certain activities, such as trips and special events, define a date after which no refunds will be made. Please check individual program requirements for guidelines. Full refunds/credits will be given if the program is cancelled by ICRC.

Physical Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, activities are open to beginners and do not require previous experience. Average physical condition is all that is needed for most programs. Please call for information about accessibility or concerns about physical ability required for participation.

Assumption of Risk: All activities, including those offered by ICRC, have inherent risks which include personal injury or property loss. Prior to participation, you will be required to sign a form which acknowledges your understanding and acceptance of these risks. Parents or guardians must sign for youth ages 17 and under. You are responsible for your own safety, and you may choose to withdraw from an activity at any time if you feel your safety is a concern.
