Abstract: Electro Tridosho Graphy technology came in existence, when it was participated as an competition entry , organized and invited by National Innovation Foundation, Ahamdabad, an ancillary of Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India in year 2004. Before this, the technology was being developed at our research center since 40 years. The basic of the technology was an Electro Cardio Graph machine, which was used for recording.. Among the 12 leads of the E.C.G. machine only one lead is used and further developed accordingly. Some ancelories and electrodes and sensors is developed to make recording according to the selected Marm Sthan and segments as is mentioned in Ayurveda classical books. Selection of body parts chosen accordingly. Recorded stripes analyzed accordingly and synthesized. A counter check is done in many ways. Panchvidhi Pariksha, ashtha vidhi Pariksha, and other para meters was adopted to match the Electro Tridosho Graph recording analysis and synthesis using and including Nadi Pariksha. By the technology status quantification of Prakruti, Tridosho, Tridosho-bhed, Sapta Dhatu, Mala, Shjroto Dushti, Karya Vikruti, Dosha Vikrati are detected with whole-body systems health condition with their functional values. Medical work in Ayurveda requires diagnosis of diseases prevalent inside the body along with diagnosis of principles of Ayurveda, which is not an easy task. There is no other means based on oral diagnosis and knowledge of diagnosis of principles of Ayurveda and to assess the progress in medical work. All these difficult tasks are becoming easy through this technology and along with making Ayurvedic treatment and diagnosis of principles of Ayurveda easy, they also provide important support in medical work. New invention fulfills the requirement of tedious process of principals diagnosis and disease diagnosis at the sometime.[1,2,3,7,9,]

1. INTRODUCTION:-

ElectrotridoshagraphytechnologyrelatedtoAyurvedaforthefirsttime,cameinexistence,whenitwasfeltthatbyuseof andbaseofElectroCardioGraphmachinerecordertracingsanalysiscanprovidethedataaftersynthesisoftherecorded tracingsfor status quantification.Ayurveda fundamentalsareconsidered very difficulttoassesstheir measurementand presenceinsidethebody.ThereforeElectrocardiographamchineisselectedforthepurpose.BecaisetheECGmachineis understoodthatitisa Galvenicrecorderthatmeansthe recorderrecordstha PositiveandNegativedeflectionofcurrent simultaneouslyandatarealtime.[12,13,14,15,18]

1.1 Selection of sites in Human Body according to Ayurveda view-points ;

InAyurveda thehuman bodyisdividedinthreesegmentsasdescriptionisgiven in theAyurveda classical [1,2,3,4].The division is selected for the recording purposes accordingly. The selection of the sites are bases om the MARMA sthan, sensitive points, as and where mentioned in Ayurveda classics. Ancient and modern Anatomy, Physiological and pathological evaluation are co-mixed and correlated in Homeostatically and where needed with Ayurveda diagnosis and modernmedicinalconcepts.[24,25,26,27,28,29,30]

For recording purposes, the human body sites is recognised according to Modern Anatomy and Physiology views with AncientwisdomofAtyrveda settledbytheMagarishisandelaboratedinclassicalbooks.Afteradeepsearchin;iterature, finalluyjeselectionofthepointsareyakenforrecordingpurposes.

1.2 Electro Cardiograph Recorder machine chosen for Stimulus recording ;

Electrocardiographmachineisselectedfortherecordingofthesugnalsachivedfromthehumanbodyfromthe selected points. For graphical record ,next to use in analysis and synthesis. This machine is an o;d version pf E/C/G/ machine, which is composed with the traditional stylus marks. In the Electro Tridosho Graphy studies the following machineisusedoverall.[4,5,6,8,9,10,]

1.3 Lead system changes in Electro Cardiograph Recorder machine ;

For the objectives of the recording, the lead system is changes totally. Out of 12 recording traces of ECG purposes used, onlyoneleadsistakenforElectroTridoshoGraphyuses.Oneleadissgregayedfromothersandthisleadisexcessesbyan board for distribution for ease of recording and traces gaining. Connectivity of sensors from machine to human body is showingbelow.[10,11,12,13,18,19]

2. Methodology;

Essential to adopt methodology is implemented according to the rules framed earlier mentioned formats. Electro Cardio Graph tracings are categorised in five waves i.e. p,q,r,s,t, as it is configured in ECG waves analysing and synthesizing accordingly available in related books. Recorded tracings are similarly adopted for Electro Tridosho Graphy purposes.[1,2,14,15,16,17,18,19,20]

2.1 Pre-preparation and precaution to be taken neccessary ;

Some Necessary precautions is to be taken before, while examining a person, for which the traces are required for the diagnosisoftheVata,PittaandKaphaDoshastatusquantification.[21,22,23,24]

(A);Followingruleshavebeensetupandthisshouldbefollowedstepbystep;

1- A neat and clean room is required with amenities of attach washroom and proper electrical wiring with socket withpowersupply

2- Sitting arrangement and a couch with mattress almost 6.5 feet and 2.5 feet in dimension for patent, cofortavely restorlyingposition.

3- Tablechairsandsittingarrangementisrequiredfirtheworkersandpresentedpeoples.

4- Acomputerwithprinterandotherrelatedfacilitiesarerequireslikepapers,staplers,pinsetc.

5- Fir female patient a nurse / female attendant is required to place the electrode / sensor on the body parts as directedbythephysician.

(B); Preoaringthepatient;

1. Itisadvisedthatpatientshouldwearloosclothingtoavodtheunnecessarypressureinbodymusclesandinternal organs.

2. Patientshouldlyedownoncouchinhis/herbackpositioninnormalcases.

3. If patient feels any problem in lying on back position, he should provide liberty to lye himself in a comfortable position.

4. Patientshouldrelaxatleast15minutesoncouch.

1. Accordingtoset-uprulesframedand advisedbyinventor,a ”DEBETQuadrangular”[1,2,3,8,9,11,15] is essentialformeasurementofthebodyemissionenergyforsynthesispurposes.

2. Right Hand, Left Hand, Right Leg, Left leg electrodes are placed. Before p;acing the electrode, the skin shouldbecleanedwellbyalcoholandthenECGgelshouldapplyontheskin

3. SelectedElectrodes/sensor/:e4adsendsho;dapplygeltocoupletheskinandmetalsensorwithoutany gap in-between sensor and skin. This is necessary for the best recording and to avoided air gaps in betweenthe skinandelectrode

1. E.C.G. machine should be connected by the specially designed Lead to connest the specially designed bpardforsegregatingleadsaccordingtotheneedofElectroTridoshoGraphyaims.

2. After connecting the Maine leads fro ECG machine to Board, the connection of patient lead should be connectedproperlytoupperlimbsandlowerlimbsandground

3. Groundleadisverynecessary,otherwiserecordingwillnotpossible

4. Afterconnectingtoallleadsproperly,ECGmachineshouldonandwaitfor5minutes atleasttowarm-up thestylus

5. Heatsensitivepapershouldbecheckedsndpaperpoolshouldbeinproperquantity

10. Note down or write on the strip the lead identification as to graph belongs to which part to avoide any mistake.

(D);MeasuringoftheTRACERECORDS;

1. Recorded tracings should be measured as it shown in the earlier sketch of graphical presentation, Every part of thegraph lineisimportsntforinterpretationsofsignalsrecordedasstimuliandelectricalemissionoftheparts/

2. A millimetre scale is required for measuring the graph. Recorded lines are embedded on the the Temperature sensitive paperand marksonitinthespeedof25 millimetre squre of1 mm dimensionsin x,y,z direction. One millimetresquireisconsidered10micromillimetreforthepurposeofElectroTridoshoGraphycalculation.

3. Allthe9positiveandnegativedefelectionandhorizontalandverticallinesaremeasuredandkepttheirrecordsin aformate.Thetechnologyisnotpatentedthereforelimitedinformationsarebeingsharedhere.

Apart from these mentioned many other features, which helps in diagnosis are explored from the Ayurveda Classicals. [23,14,15,16]

WiththehelpofthistechnologymostlyAyurvedaFuntalsstatusisquantified,whichhelpsinthediagnosisofdiseasesand treatment and follow management accordingly. The technology over ride the Nadi Parikshan done by touching and pressing by three fingers and only alimited nadi read is possible, while this technology perfectly analyse the Ayurveda fundamentalsansandgavereportformateafteranalysisandsynthesisofthewaveforms.

3. Results and Conclusion;

Finallyresultsareverifiedbytheconstitutionofthehumanandcharacteristicswhichhavebeenelaboratedanddiscussed intheclassicalbooksofAyurveda,resultsmatcheswiththefindingsbytheElectroTridoshoGraphytechnology.

In conclusion, yje yechno;ogy verifies the obtained data when compared to Ayurveda details are found correct and very neartoclassicalpicture,describedforVataPittaandKaphaconstitutionandbodybuiktandnatureoftheperson.

In conclusion, it can be said that Electro tridosho graphy technology is result oriented technique to gain the Ayurveda fundamentalsforvariousstudiesinfundamentalsdiagnosisordiseasediagnosisormanagementofthecases,whichcould beofanystageandcondition.
