Additionally, Figure 4 includes contact information, offering users a direct means of communication with the website's support team in case they encounter any issues or require assistance. This proactive approach ensures that users feel supportedandvalued,enhancingtheiroverallexperiencewith theplatform.
Overall,Figure 4enhancesuserengagementandsatisfaction byprovidingavenuesforfeedbackandsupport,reinforcingthe website'scommitmenttofosteringapositiveuserexperience.
