www.plasticom.ro Ever since the company was founded in 1993, by Mr. Constantin Neacsu, we are a reliable partner for numerous national and international companies. Our main activity is the production of injection molded parts of plastics, while also providing related services such as assembling or inserting into the mold.
Today, Plasticom is one of the most important companies in this field of activity, in Romania.
MISSION AND VALUES Over the years we have invested in two key values: technology and people. We like to think that now, after 24 years of activity, we have a modern technology and qualified staff.
MODERN TECHNOLOGY Starting with 2009, we use modern technology to design plastic parts, called Gas-Assisted Injection Molding. This technology offers the following benefits: Great freedom in design and dimensions for the pieces; Increased precision in execution; Better finishing of components; Saving of material; Lighter parts; Increased resistance of the work piece due to reduced force applied in the execution process.
PRODUCTION Production is done with injection machines that have between 60 and 1000 tons of force. The power supply of the machines is assured by a centralized system, which also plays a role in the supply of the raw material equipment, thus de-humidifying the plastic granules. The system can be used to transport 7 different materials to injection machines. Injection machines are equipped with robotic arms (Robotic E.O.A.T.) for mechanically removing molds from the die. The transport and mounting of the molds is carried out by means of a rolling stock with a capacity of 8 tonnes and 15 tonnes respectively.

QUALITY VERIFICATION
Since the beginning of our activity, we have developed our production capacity annually, investing heavily in equipment and production facilities. Currently, the production is done in halls with cumulative surfaces over 6000 m2.
The quality of the plastic parts is verified according to the approved products.
