LIVESTOCK CONTAINERS ARE FABRICATED ALMOST ENTIRELY IN ALUMINIUM GIVING A STRONG BUT LIGHTWEIGHT, DURABLE CONSTRUCTION.
The livestock container is fully welded; the pressed side sheets are welded to box section posts at 1150mm intervals, and the floor is welded all round. The fully welded design prevents effluent from leaking through onto the trailer.
FLAT TRAILERS CAN BE SUPPLIED WITH 4MM STEEL OR 28MM KERUING FLOORS FOR THE SAME PRICE. The standard Flat Trailer is used with our Livestock Floats, for carrying a float we recommend a Keruing floor and 435/50Rx19.5 tyres. Please get in touch for more information.
BALE TRAILERS
BALE TRAILERS FROM 26FT TO 36FT CAN BE BUILT BASED ON OUR STANDARD FLAT TRAILER RANGE. We have two models available, there is a trailer for two rows of bales and the other version carries three rows high. The trailers can be used for round or square bales, the important point is that the retaining arm must be at least half way up the bale to keep it securely on the trailer.
LOW LOADERS DUMPER TRAILERS
LOW LOADER TRAILERS ARE FITTED WITH A 45MM KERUING FLOOR. HYDRAULICALLY OPERATED RAMPS ARE STANDARD ON 15 TONNE AND 22 TONNE MODELS. Every trailer is custom built, there are a wide variety of optional extra items available to choose from. We can supply open tread ramps, timber clad ramps or steel ramps, the steel ramps can be galvanised or paint finished.

Rotago F brings ISOBUS to power harrows
Rotago F power harrows are available in hydraulically adjusted basic spec and high-tech ISOBUS versions, and both are available with on-the-move adjustments of the levelling bar and working depth.
This advanced specification is all about efficiency. With each centimetre of working depth moving around 140 tonnes of soil per hectare, those working in constantly changing soil conditions can benefit considerably from on-the-move implement adjustments.
And this is where fuel savings of up to 20% are available, by operating only at the minimum depth needed to create a seedbed.
When used in combination with the f-drill front hopper and folding toolbar, ISOBUS automation can make the operator’s task much easier.
Rotago is a clean-sheet design. The F suffix denotes folding models available in 4m, 4.5m, 5m and 6m working widths. The range features a pushed – rather than pulled - gear case, with depth adjustment achieved by raising and lowering the gear case in its frame, through a parallel linkage. And sensors monitor and protect against over-loading or mis-use.
A modular f-drill CB F toolbar can be used with Rotago F models, and uses CX-II coulters offering 12.5cm and 25cm row widths.
To manage high axle loads on public roads, the Rotago F and f-drill CB F toolbar combination can be equipped with a single transport wheel with a suspension function – this removes around 1.5 tonnes of weight from the tractor, lowering the tractor’s rear axle load.

ENGINE
The R090 is powered by Kubota’s V2607 direct-injection engine, delivering 64.3 PS (47.3kW) of power. The Stage V-compliant engine meets all current engine emission regulations. The machine’s main service areas and routine maintenance items can be easily accessed. The fuel refill (right side) and battery (left side) are accessed via quick-open panels. Extended service intervals for both the regeneration filter and ash cleaner mean reduced maintenance.

For many farmers, materials handling duties have expanded into a two-machine solution, while a rigid chassis, all-wheel steer telehandler carries out heavier lifting, loading and stacking, a compact pivot steer loader provides the agility needed to nip in and out of a farm’s traditional buildings.
Over the years, telehandlers have become bigger, and while much more capable, this has polarised some of the tasks carried out on farm, and those with traditional buildings, can find their telehandler is just a bit too big and too clumsy.
Kubota’s solution is the R090 compact loader, a 64hp pivot-steer loader boasting a 3.4 tonne full-turn tipping load and a 3.2m lift height. A heated and airconditioned cab affords good all-round visibility while an LED light package adds to operator comfort and convenience.
