Do I need to take an antigen or RT-PCR test before flying in? Domestic travelers arriving in Lapu-Lapu City through Mactan-Cebu International Airport are required to present either a negative antigen test result taken within the last 48 hours or a negative RT-PCR test result taken within the last 72 hours before boarding from point of origin. Please visit the official websites of Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific Air, and Philippines AirAsia to view the requirements.

What travel requirements do I need? For domestic travelers arriving at Mactan-Cebu International Airport, you're good to go when you've secured the following: A negative antigen or RT-PCR test result Confirmed roundtrip tickets Downloaded the StaySafe PH contact tracing app Proof of your hotel booking A valid I.D. How do I get to Mactan? A 20-minute drive from Mactan-Cebu International Airport, several domestic flights, including multiple daily frequencies from Manila and other regions and vice versa, have resumed. As flight schedules may vary per day, you may visit the official websites of Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific Air, and Philippines AirAsia.
