Body Cleansers

Glands

 Glands are used in most animals for defense or to attract the opposite sex and are located near the skin surface. They can be found around the eyes, anus, under hooves, on soles or palms, and on muzzles.

 Glands enable sweating, temperature control, waste elimination, and produce earwax to protect the ear canal from insect entry and other irritants.

 IPTouch will continue to ‘CARE’ for animals as a whole and direct these glands to assist the rest of the system.

Lymphatic

 This system is the body’s cleansing system, which drains waste products from tissue. The lymph recycles proteins and maintains fluid balance in the cardiovascular system. The immune system and the lymphatic system work as a team.

 The lymph nodes, most easily felt, are under the armpits and in the groin and neck regions. When visiting a vet, ask her to show you how to palpate these areas. Look for them in your animal anatomy books.

 Lymph nodes produce lymphocytes that destroy bacteria. Lymph swelling can mean the body is trying to rid itself of infection. IPTouch will give you this information early enough for a visit to the vet. DO NOT proceed with IPTouch if you feel swollen lymph nodes.
