IPTouch Professionalism

 If you use a safety awareness form & the pet owner is under 18 Mom or Dad can sign.

 Have owners at IPT sessions learn what you are doing and give them homework. This creates IPT consistency, pet comfort and shifts hands-on care responsibilities to the owner.

 This is not an ego trip. If you think a vet consult is needed prior to an IPTouch session go for it!

 Equus should be readied and returned to their enclosed area by their handler.

 Animals are not restrained during IPT. Animal movements during IPTouch sessions are a part of ‘Animal Communication’.

 Vets CANNOT guide IPTouch AMCPs to use medical management on animals. If so that vet will need to take animal care responsibilities and you may need direct supervision for this IPTouch session.

 Don’t BAD MOUTH the pet’s Dr. You look stupid and rude and may put the animal’s healthcare at risk.

 Use the Internet and continue your animal care studies!!

 Babbling about ‘energy’ and ‘gemstones’ to ‘heal’ animals is UNPROVEN and greatly diminishes this professions legitimacy.

 IPT will support the veterinarian board about concerns pertaining to ‘Out of Scope’ practice activities and revoke or suspend IPT certification rights until investigation has been completed.
