Ipswich School would like to welcome you to Ipswich 7s tournament for U14 and U15 teams at Notcutts field, an event which brings schools from around the country here to enjoy playing Rugby 7s.

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
PARKING If you are bringing a minibus there is parking at the field. If you are bringing a coach we kindly ask you to park at Ipswich School on Ivry Street.
There is NO spectator parking available at Nottcutts or on Grove Lane leading up to the sports field.
TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
Training pitches will be marked out and will be available for warm ups from 8am until 4pm, with matches starting promptly at 9am.
LATE ARRIVALS Should a team be late arriving, or late onto the pitch for the start of their game, the team will forfeit the game automatically and the score will be noted as a 10-0 loss.
FIRST AID Schools should provide their own basic First Aid for pitch side including ice packs, plasters and other essentials. Serious injuries will be handled by a qualified First Aider at Nottcutts field.
CHANGING FACILITIES All teams will be provided with a gazebo or changing room for their teams to be housed in for the day; you will be directed there on arrival.
REFRESHMENTS
Ipswich School will provide a box of food for each team. There will also be a food and coffee van for all participants and spectators to purchase items from.
PRIZE GIVING The prize giving will take place promptly after the final game. We would like to encourage all teams to stay for the prize giving, which will take place besides the main pitch.
RESULTS Results for team events will be published live using SOCS.
