Beca de Membresía de IPSF PARO Estimados miembros de nuestra querida Oficina Regional Panamericana (PARO): es un honor para el Grupo de Trabajo Regional (RWG) hacerles llegar esta oportunidad de aplicar a la Beca de Membresía de IPSF PARO 2019/2020. Nuestra oficina destinará fondos para otorgar 1 (una) beca de 100 euros para ayudar a una Organización Miembro de IPSF PARO a pagar su cuota de membresía anual. Para poder aplicar a la beca deberá cumplir con los siguientes requisitos: ● Ser tanto un Miembro de Derecho Pleno (FM) o un Miembro en Asociación (MiA) de IPSF PARO ● Enviar un artículo al “IPSF News Bulletin” o “IPSF Newsletter” y otra al “IPSF PARO Newsletter” detallando alguna actividad IPSF en la organización miembro. (Para mayor información visite: http://paro.ipsf.org/paro-newsletter/) ● Completar la aplicación para el PARO membership grant: El ganador será elegido de acuerdo a los siguientes criterios: ● Voto del RWG, cada uno de ellos dará 2 puntos y no podrán ser dados ambos a la misma organización ● Miembro de Derecho Pleno (FM): 2 puntos, Miembro en Asociación (MiA): 1 punto ● Estado del país definido por el Banco Mundial (https://datahelpdesk.worldbank.org/knowledgebase/articles/906519-world-bank-cou ntry-and-lending-groups) sumando al puntaje final 4 puntos para Economías de Ingresos bajos, 3 puntos para Ingresos medios-bajos, 2 puntos para Ingresos medios-altos y 1 punto para Ingresos altos. Por favor tomar en consideración que la beca de membresía de PARO es por un monto de 100 Euros, los cuales serán adjudicados de la siguiente manera: - SI la cuota de membresía de la asociación miembro es menor a 100 euros, se transferirán los fondos directamente a tesorería de IPSF para cubrir el 100% de la cuota de membresía y el sobrante irá a las reservas de IPSF - Si la cuota de membresía de la asociación miembro es mayor a 100 euros estos se transferirán a tesorería de IPSF y se reducirá la cuota de membresía en 100 euros.
Todo lo mencionado anteriormente deberá ser presentado hasta el día 29 de Enero de 2020 a las 23:59hs (GMT+1). Los ganadores serán anunciados días después de finalizado el periodo de recepción de solicitudes. Toda aplicación que no cumpla con alguno de los requisitos solicitados será descartada automáticamente. IPSF PARO Membership Grant Dear members of our beloved Pan American Regional Office (PARO), it is an honor on behalf of the Regional Working Group (RWG) to open the call for the IPSF PARO Membership Grant 2019/2020. Our Regional Office will allocate funds to bring 1 (one) grant of 100 euros to help a IPSF PARO Member Organisation to pay their IPSF annual membership fee. For applying to this grant you have to follow the next criteria: ● Be either a Full Member (FM) or a Member in Association (MiA) of IPSF PARO. ● Submit an article to the IPSF News Bulletin or IPSF Newsletter and another to the IPSF PARO Newsletter detailing any IPSF activity held by the member organisation. (For further information visit: http://paro.ipsf.org/paro-newsletter/) ● Fill the application for PARO membership grant The winner will be chosen according to the following criteria: ● Voting for the RWG, every each of them give 2 points and cannot given to the same organisation ● Full Member (FM): 2 points, Member in Association (MiA): 1 point ● Status of the country defined by the World Bank (https://datahelpdesk.worldbank.org/knowledgebase/articles/906519-world-bank-cou ntry-and-lending-groups) adding to the final score 4 points Low-income, 3 points Lower-middle-income, 2 points Upper-middle-income and 1 point High-income economies Please take into account that the PARO membership grant is for the amount of 100 euros, those will be awarded in the next way: - If the membership fee of the member organization is less than 100 euros, the funds will be transferred directly to IPSF treasurer to cover 100% of the membership fee the remaining money will be allocated in the IPSF reserves. - If the membership fee of the member association is more than 100 euros this will be allocated to cover part of the membership fee and the fee will decrease 100 euros. Applications will be accepted until January 29th, 2020. 23:59 (GMT+1). Winners will be announced days after the end of the application period.
