Off-line system for the chemical paint stripping of aluminium profiles

FASTRIP AP Fastrip AP is a compact offline system for the paint stripping of aluminium profiles up to 250 Kg and 8 metres long, in approximately 3 hours, depending on the type and the thickness of the paint.

The installation is made up of: • Heated stripping tank with pneumatic cover • Static rinsing tank • Loading system with rack or basket • Automatic and integrated material movement • Gridded bund for the collection of dripping • Led safety bar • Electrical cabinet and control cabinet with 8” LCD touchscreen • Lateral safety net.

The ergonomic position for loading and unloading the profiles, the extraction always active on the stripping tank, the safety laser barrier and fences make the system extremely safe. Fastrip AP can be integrated into already existing processing lines or as stand-alone system, perfectly meeting the needs of the aluminium industry. Extruders, converters or coaters will be able to restore badly painted profiles efficiently, cost-effectively, quickly, and without logistics issues.

The product remains active and high-performance, and the fresh paint stripper’s replenishment is reduced to the minimum.
