Y- H ANGING R AIL S HOTBLASTER WITH 2 H ANGERS FOR MANUAL HANDING

WORKING PRINCIPLE TYPE TS WITH Y-RAIL AND HANGERS. The parts to be shotblasted (cast parts, steel construction parts, etc.) are positioned singly or in groups on the two hangers and are transported manually into the machine. The Y-form of the hanging rail allows effective working by loading and unloading one hanger while the second is in the machine.

MONORAIL SHOTBLASTER WITH CLOSED RAIL (CONTINUOUS OR INTERMITTENT MOVEMENT) MONORAIL SHOTBLASTER FOR TREATMENT OF HANGING PIECES, BUT WITH A HIGH PRODUCTIVITY. The motion of the hangers through the machine is achieved by a transport system moving in intervals (pneumatic doors) of continuously (rubber curtain doors).

Safety doors in front of the turbine openings are closing these openings during the motion of the transport system (with pneumatic doors opened, turbines are running but shaft flow stopped).
