HOW DOES THE SILENT AUCTION WORK?
Select Your Top Three Pieces Write the numbers of your three preferred pieces on your bidding card, in order of preference. Each artwork is a unique representation of Xala’s beauty and will be sold only once.
Place Your Bid
Submit your bid under your selection. Your bid must exceed the minimum bid.
Competitive Bidding
Once the initial bids are closed, the highest bidder for each piece will be notified.
If there is a tie among the highest bidders for a piece, those bidders will have the opportunity to submit additional bids to determine who secures the artwork.
Multiple Purchases
If you indicate you’re open to purchasing more than one piece, your bids for additional artworks will be considered. Successful bids on multiple pieces mean you will have the opportunity to purchase all those works.
PRIZE FOR THE HIGHEST BIDDER
The highest overall bidder across all pieces will receive a unique prize: two custommade photo prints created to reflect what matters most to you.
