HOW DOES THE SILENT AUCTION WORK? 1. Select Your Top Three Pieces Write the numbers of your three preferred pieces on your bidding card, in order of preference.

Each artwork is a unique representation of Xala’s beauty and will be sold only once.

2. Place Your Bid Submit your bids next to your selection.

Indicate if you’re interested in owning multiple pieces or only one.

Your bid must exceed the minimum bid.

Bids must increase in increments of 1,000 USD above the minimum bid amount.

3. Competitive Bidding Once initial bids are closed, the highest bidder for each piece will be notified.

If your selected piece has other interested bidders, you may have the opportunity to increase your bid. This ensures all participants have the chance to secure their chosen artwork, encouraging friendly competition to maximize contributions.

4. Multiple Purchases If you indicate you’re open to purchasing more than one piece, your bids for additional artworks will be considered. Successful bids on multiple pieces mean you will have the opportunity to purchase all those works.

PRIZE FOR THE HIGHEST BIDDER The highest overall bidder across all pieces will receive a unique prize: two custommade photo prints created to reflect what matters most to you.
