Letter from our Executive Director & CEO It is an honor to serve as the Executive Director & CEO of the Invictus High School System. Each academic year, our students

faced

with

different challenges to overcome and I view it as our role to educate, support, and empower

them

with

the

tools

to

be

successful as they do so.

Even as the school has continued to grow in enrollment and graduations from year to year, I reflect upon the 2019/2020 academic year as one of resilience. I am always amazed at our students' resilience and response to the obstacles that they face personally

academically,

but

the

emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic in the last half of the academic year has caused our community to pull together to innovate and meet these challenges headon.

methods

to

provide

high-

quality instruction and equitable education to every Invictus High School Student. I look forward to continuing this pursuit throughout 2019/2020 and beyond.
