About MIIF

The fifth edition of the Monaco International Investment Forum (MIIF) takes place in the prestigious setting of the Yacht Club de Monaco, reaffirming its position as one of the most dynamic and influential investment platforms in the European and international business landscape. Since its inception, the Forum has steadily expanded in scope, quality and global reach, bringing together investors, entrepreneurs, family offices, institutional representatives and industry leaders. Year after year, MIIF has strengthened its role as a highlevel meeting point for capital allocation, strategic partnerships and crossborder collaboration. Over 300 guests per day are expected to gather at the Yacht Club de Monaco for the fifth MIIF edition. The event is led by Founder Raffaello Cairoli together with Andrea Dini, Event Supervisor and Andrea Bogni, Relationship Manager.

Through meticulous workflows and rigorous due diligence, we have established ourselves as a trusted and relevant partner for businesses and individuals alike. We proudly stand as an important player in the private equity sector in the Principality of Monaco, fostering growth, innovation, and outstanding investment opportunities. Since November 2025, MIIF has also expanded to Dubai, UAE, with the first edition of MIIF Dubai hosted at the prestigious Bvlgari Yacht Club.

Our goal is not only to elevate the businesses we partner with, but also to create a network of opportunities where leading international investors can converge. Since the Forum was established in the Principality of Monaco, we have been working to expand into new destinations across strategic markets in order to offer global opportunities to our partners. Raffaello Cairoli Director & Founder

Raffaello is Director and Founder of the Monaco International Investment Forum (MIIF), a Monaco-based platform he created to attract innovation and sustainable investment. Through MIIF and Tera Ventures International, he positions Monaco as a strategic hub for entrepreneurs and global investors.

Relationship

Manager

Andrea is the Relationship Manager at MIIF. He is also President of the Young Division of the Monaco Ambassadors Club and a Business Development Specialist at Infracorp® , overseeing innovation across energy, aviation, data centers, and space.

Our Next Events

Andrea is Managing Director of Investor Media Monaco Sarl, a renowned international communication and event management firm. The company delivers tailored media solutions and organizes highprofile B2B and B2C events connecting industry leaders, investors, and clients in impactful settings.

Pierre, with 15+ years in international trade, cloud infrastructure, and venture capital, is Head of Research at MIIF, leading due diligence on 50+ European Tech and DeepTech deals, using a proprietary framework across AI/ML, SaaS, FinTech, Cybersecurity, MedTech, Space, and Clean Tech to identify long-term investments.
