PRAVIN KHATAU
Pravin Khatau is the Founder and CEO of Londinium Asset Management Ltd. an SEC registered Family Office and Investment Advisor which invests in private and listed equity opportunities globally.
Previously, Pravin’s career was in Investment Banking. He spent 9 years at Goldman Sachs and Co. as an Executive Director based in Zurich and London where he built up Goldman’s convertible bond distribution into Switzerland, Germany and Italy and pioneered the firm’s entry into India. He then moved to Baring Securities where he performed a dual function as Global Head of Convertible Bond Sales as well as Relationship Banking India. Pravin is presently a non executive director of 2iCapital, an India focused Private Equity Firm and Transwarrantly Finance, an Investment Bank based in Mumbai.
He holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Business/Economics from UCLA. He is the secretary of the board of the Monaco Venture Capital Association.

Andjela Todorovic is a data science consultant, specializing in guiding small teams through the strategic development of data-driven projects from scratch.
Her career experience includes corporate sector, as well as esteemed universities around the world. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science at Institut Polytechnique de Paris, Andjela’s focus is on the cutting-edge research in graph neural networks.
She is a frequent speaker and participant at major B2B tech conferences, contributing valuable insights within the landscape of data science and AI.

CSR Communication: a challenge for luxury brands
FRANCESCA GOI
Independent consultant specialized in luxury goods and services; Francesca Goi has a deep expertise in the yachting industry, through a twenty-year experience in the field.
After covering preeminent marketing roles within American and Italian companies, she has been consulting for multiple yachting entities. She is a contributor for IBI - International Boat Industry, and other yachting magazines, and adjunct professor in luxury marketing and CSR within luxury industry. In 2023 Francesca contributed to 2 management books: she co-authored a chapter about sustainability and the yachting industry in the book Made in Italy and the luxury market and authored a chapter in the book Research in sustainability about CSR communication for luxury brands. Since Sept 2023 she collaborates with Spin360 as referent for the yachting industry.
Graduated from Bocconi University in Milan, she is currently preparing a Doctorate in Business Administration at BSI - Business Science Institute. Her thesis is about the application of the sharing economy to the luxury industry. Italian native, she is now based in France.
DR. JUSTIN DAVIES
Dr Justin Davies is CEO of Cerebria LTD, and an honorary interventional consultant cardiologist at International Centre for Circulatory Health, London. After training at Imperial College, he won a prestigious BHF research fellowship to study arterial hemodynamic.
Since then he has continued to work on the development of mathematical algorithms to aid understanding of large artery physiology and to develop new tools to assess arterial disease.
The holder of several patents, he has published widely in the field of hypertension, coronary and large artery physiology and is the winner of many national and international awards. He has several international collaborations, and is the developer of iFR and the co-principal investigator of the ADVISE studies, the DEFINE-FLAIR, ORBITA and DEFINE-PCI studies. In 2018, Justin founded Cerebria, to develop AI solutions for medical activities.

The third edition of BUSINESS TALKS MONACO was hosted at Fairmont Monte Carlo on Wednesday, 8th February 2023. It was the tenth event since the project launched in 2021. The four macro-topics of the day were: Economic Outlook and Trends - Energy For The Future & Sustainability - Alternative Investments & Diversification \ M&A & Cross Border Transactions - New Technologies & Web 3, Impact On Business And Daily Life. Over 100 accomplished, open and dynamic Business Professionals, Business Owners and Industry Experts gathered for BUSINESS TALKS MONACO. Business Talks Monaco was a successful first stop on the Business Talks 2023 program.
POP UP @ TURIN 2023
The 1st edition of BUSINESS TALKS POP UP@TURIN was hosted at the iconic Ultraspazio Club in an historical majestic building of the Piedmont region capital, on 6th December. Business Talks Pop Up@Turin has been one of the most successful events of the series and it was focused on four topics: Economic outlook, Energy transition and sustainability, Embracing Digitalization and Elevating Human Capital: A Vision for Organizations and M&A - DACH region/USA/KSA. Over 60 invited Business Professionals and Industry Experts gathered in Turin.
