What’s New? We have compiled a Top 3 List of our favorite newly released features so you will be aware and can ramp up to using some or all of them soon.

Barcode Display on screen for retail POS setup

Many retail POS systems need to have a UPC to set up an item. We have a new feature where reps can long-press on an item and display the actual UPC barcode on the screen.

Now retailers do not need to wait for the first delivery of that item to have show up it in their system.

Mechanism for delivering scanned invoice images to PockAdv

If you have a document management system that stores scanned delivery invoices (with signatures and markings) and would like your reps to be able to access them for a given invoice in Pocket-Advantage, that is now an available feature.

New feature for PA+ (we think you’ll approve)

We’ve had sample, pickup, and special order approvals for managers for quite some time.

Now reps can get into the act by being able to approve orders sent directly from customers, so the reps can vet them and possibly upsell instead of having those orders go directly to you.

UC Recap

Eat With Your Eyes First The Inventiv crew spent a few days in New Orleans to tackle everyone’s #1 priority: getting our hands on as much Creole food as possible!

Then we pursued the remaining business matters, such as presenting our latest additions to PocketAdvantage, PocketDelivery, DropOff, and RouteMaps.

We also shared the stage with our partners Great Vines and DiFi Solutions.

We are looking forward to seeing more familiar and new faces next year!
